Small boutique hotel, with only 12 rooms . We stayed in a room with pool access. The steps were steep into the pool so unsuitable for disabled guests. The pool was warm and clean and there was a bar. Our room was very spacious, huge bed , sofa and tv. Water and snacks refreshed daily. Breakfast was a La carte and you had to order the night before. You can have breakfast in the restaurant or served in your room . We tried various hot dishes for the main course but each one was served cold… baked beans and poached egg not good cold. For breakfast for the last few days all we had was fruit juice , yoghurt and croissants . The staff were very friendly but everything was taken at a very slow pace… one evening we ordered two drinks at the bar and it took half an hour for them to reach us, and we were the only people in the bar , the portion of French fries took 50 mins and were again , cold when served. La villa is half an hour walk from town and beach , but a taxi only costs about £3 to each way. Sometimes the cleaning staff after servicing our room did not lock the door. On the last full day we went on a boat trip , we’re away from hotel for five hours and on return our room had not been cleaned. With only 12 rooms surely 5 hours is long enough to get sorted. After all the breakfasts being served cold we chose not to eat in the restaurant for dinner , there are plenty of good restaurants near the beach. The pool access room is not suitable for disabled or restricted movement guests as there are two deep steps up the the bed area and one for the lounge tv area. The air con is very efficient. The bathroom and shower huge , no problems there , with clean pool and bathroom towels everyday . There is a balcony outside of bedroom , with table and two chairs and a lounge bed. If you are a sun worshipper there is not a suitable area to lay in. A pleasant stay but doubt that we will be back , very expensive for what you get.

Our stay at La Villa Langkawi was excellent. The staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful. The staff got to know you quickly. It added a very nice personal touch and made us feel special, rather than just being one of a number of guests. A special shout-out to Bella at the hotel who made me feel at home and it was like seeing a friend everyday. The pool is just stunning. We had a wonderful couples massage at the Leaf Spa. It was thoroughly luxurious and very relaxing. The therapists at the Leaf Spa were excellent and it is honestly the best massage I have ever had. The room was extremely spacious and very comfortable. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay, everyone was wonderful and we will definitely be returning.

Check your belongings thoroughly before check out, otherwise leaveover item may ON YOUR OWN RISK even it is just a couple of hours after check out. I am pretty sure that I left my husband’s watch in the Green Glass container on the dressing table and we called the hotel to check on it after 4-5hours check out, it is go nowhere. It is not even the next check-in time when we called to check (before 2pm) because we check out very early (9am), so where the watch gone? We can stand the lost of the watch, we pay RM1800 for 2nights while the watch is not even half of it but we do not accept the dishonesty. When found something is not belong to hotel during clean up for next check-in, should call the previous customer for verification, that’s the correct attitude, that’s the honesty & trustworthy to gain from customer. Moreover, it is 4stars hotel.

Conveniently located near Pantai Cenang and Pantai Tengah beaches, La Villa is great for couples or friends looking to unwind, but still close enough to nightlife so you don't get bored. Didn't book the private villas, but the pool room was very spacious, with a lounge and sleeping area, plus a TV box with YouTube, iQiyi and other streaming services. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and bright . Only room for improvement would be maintenance and cleanliness - overall it's fine, but the shower couldn't close properly because one of the hinges was falling off, and there were cobwebs on the desk. The sign leading into La Villa could be bigger - we missed it the first time because it is very small and only facing one direction, so depending on the side of the road you're on, you may miss it. Staff are very friendly.

The La Villa hosts made our stay extraordinary by giving us an absolute all-in package during our stay. We have been welcomed warmly by the staff and always felt being in good care. The rooms are totally clean, modern and well maintained. The food - breakfast, ordering from the bar and dinner - was delicious. Every request that we has been immediately taken care of without hesitation. The manager was involving herself giving her personal support making sure that there is no wish left. All these experiences made La villa one of our new favorite places to stay. The location is super convenient close to Cenang but you don’t feel any of the stress as La villa is in a very calm surrounding. We will come back

This villa is amazing! Staff are all friendly and very hospitable. The Villa is exceptional plus the food is really good. They also provide private tours. They did a nice bbq set up by the beach and brought us to the mangroves. Will definitely be back

if you're travelling for honeymoon, or anniversary, this place would be the best choice. the spaces unit, will give you a lot of comfortable, a luxury touch on the interior is amazing and beautiful, this villa is very privacy and you can enjoy the swimming pool just at you doorstep. the location is very closed to Pantai Cenang, which u can go out for beach walking. Also u can rent their bicycle for cycling, the staff is very good and helpful. Even it's a little bit pricey, but it will worth your penny.

Stayed 3 nights at the villa with private pool and it was wonderful. Especially like how the place was nicely decorated (good Interior Design) for picture taking opportunities as well as comfort. What sets it apart was also the hospitality. The staff were friendly and helpful (eg. the lady staff, seeing as how we were looking for a place to park our car, voluntarily came out from the lobby area and guided us to a spot). Very suitable for those wanting to get away from crowds for a bit of privacy.

I stayed here for 6 nights with my wife on our honeymoon in a deluxe villa. Overall the villa was fantastic: • Unique layout with an outside living room/kitchen area and private pool which was very true to the picture seen when booking • Very luxurious and high quality - nice bedroom and luxurious shower and bath (although the bath is so big the hot water ran out before it got more than two inches deep!). • Great service of free (and extensive) mini bar topped up daily • Free shuttle to Pentai Cenang readily available 9am-9pm, as well as airport transfer • 4kg daily laundry allowance • Great location - 15/20 minute walk from the main beach area • Ability to book excursions from the villa – we rented a moped which was quick, simple and easy • Extremely private and staff only clean the house when requested to do so, so no cleaners barging into your room during the day which is great • Staff were fantastic - extremely friendly and helpful The bits that could be improved: • Building work going on and the general surrounding area isn't exactly luxurious – not an issue for us but it was good to know this before we arrived. The positive is that building work is nearing completion and does look like it will really enhance the villas and visitors experience • Lack of comfy seating area in the sun – the net was horribly uncomfortable and so were the kitchen chairs! • Communication – you’re given a (old) mobile phone to use to request breakfast orders, lifts to and from the beach and requests for your room to be cleaned. This is a good idea in principle but unfortunately the staff were frequently unable to understand me over the phone resulting in some painful conversations. This is not a criticism of the staff’s English which was generally very good, but I completely understand speaking in a foreign language is a lot harder on the phone than in person. If we were able to text/whatsapp our requests through it would be a much smoother process – just a suggestion. Also I would suggest providing guests with a charger for the phone as our phone ran out of battery twice. It also ran out of credit once too. • Breakfast takes an hour to be delivered – pancakes and fruit were great but eggs benedict was cold. Once the in-house restaurant is built though I’m sure this will be improved. • Nothing was provided in the way of suggested restaurants/bars/areas to visit. There are a lot of restaurants in the area so some local knowledge on which are the best ones to go to would be much appreciated.

Greeted with the smiling Daniel at the airport for our complimentary transfer at 8am Fayiz kindly offered us early check in and breakfast. With 2 kids this meant the world to us. To be assigned a phone for the length of our stay meant we were safe mobile and contactable. The room we initially booked was lovely with amenities as per the photos. The pool was perfect and the view of the forest relaxing- breakfast was enjoyable. A highlight was the daily top up of the complimentary minibar and nespresso. These little things really make Ur holiday life easy. Azim and Bella were amazing helping us book day trips at the last minute and helped us get our pram repairs after our airline broke the wheel. For a family these small acts of kindness made our stay absolute luxury. The complimentary transfers to local sights and cenang meant we were able do activities at our pace and depending on the weather! A little construction was happening but it didn't disturb us at all. On day 3 Faiz kindly have us a complimentary upgrade to the deluxe room with a pool the size of a football field! We loved every moment in this villa - especially quiet coffees over looking the forest. The only negative was that villa 2 was a little run down on entry to the area. We thank all the staff for their tremendous work and hope they receive bonuses from management for their amazing work and customer care and compassion. Ps- complimentary 4kg of daily washing takes luxury to a new high! Thanks Hassan + Nadia and kids
