Booked this last minute due to change of flight from KL, needed $50 RM for holding fee. Check In was straight forward.
The hotel is a little out of the way close to where the boat tours take off, and cruise ships dock. Can’t get much better with that stunning view of the Andaman Sea every morning.
Our room took a bit to walk to from elevator, the room was a little run down, TV didn’t stream BUT you know beds were comfortable and we slept so good.
We didn’t include breakfast as there were other places on the island to eat.
Can I say the pool is everything and amazing to wake up and chill or relax while the sun goes down.
Appreciated it for what’s it worth, coz you’re doing stuff all throughout the day good / cheap enough to come sleep.

Before I begin, I think the management of this hotel should try and spend some money on refurbishment because the location, the area, the peaceful ambiance is just great. A couple of my colleagues and I decided to visit this hotel with our family and we arrived from KL in the afternoon, we were very surprised that there was only one receptionist to do the check in, after all it was pre-booked so they knew the number of people coming in that day. The room was very neat and clean, it has a small veranda that you can open and sit there with two chairs to relax in but the small table provided looked very old. The breakfast area was spacious and the food provided was great, especially the nasi lemak, which had the fish mixed with the stew. The infinity pool in front of the hotel is just lovely, there was a live band in the evening, and it was opened to anyone who wants to sing.The swimming pool is lovely and the kids really enjoyed the hotel pool. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to town at different times the last one leaves around 6pm if I'm correct, but you can get a grab of you so desire. Another plus is that you can see some lovely monkeys around when you take a walk around the hotel. One down side of our visit was the cleaning of my rooms, we went out and came back in the early afternoon, my room was not cleaned even though I saw the house keeping guys on my floor, I reminded one of them and thought it would have been done by the time we came back at night, but it was as we left it, I called the front desk and waited for 15 minutes,still no cleaner in sight so I had to go downstairs to the reception, very annoying but the lady I met made sure it was done with a couple of minutes after I went back to my room. Most of the staff are nice, I would recommend.

This resort is situated at the southern tip of Langkawi island. The resort provides a panoramic view of some islands at the Andaman Sea. The resort is clean but a bit run down. Room is spacious with simple deco. Our room (5107) is overlooking the Andaman Sea which gives us a beautiful scene of the Andaman Sea. Wifi is at 27.5 Mbps. The room comes with 2 small bottles of water, tea/coffee sachets, iron and ironing board, a fridge, safe-box and a low speed hair dryer. The water pressure is not satisfactory especially at the wash basin. The shower head is loose, so could not be held properly! Air conditioner cannot be controlled, always stays at 26oC! It’s not cold enough for a good night sleep. There’s a gymnasium and an infinity pool at the resort. However, the pool water is over chlorinated as you can smell the chlorine stench while dinning at the pool side. There’s no eatery near the hotel. You either dine at the hotel or take a cab to Pantai Chenang where there are a lot of restaurants. There is also no convenient store near to this resort. The resort does not provide any info about the resort amenities, whether hard copy or display on the TV, only a flyer about the spa and massage service. Staffs are generally friendly and helpful. As a beach resort, they should have provided slippers. Over here, you could catch the beautiful sunset but I noticed that there’s no sandy beach nearby. This resort organizes sunset cruise tour around the nearby islands. Breakfast is good with some wide selection of western and local cuisines. The cafeteria is well decorated and you can have your breakfast at the beach front while enjoying the morning sea view. The only complaint is that clearing of cutlery is slow. We stayed here for a night for our stop-over to Koh Lipe island at Southern Thailand. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this resort.

When we first got there, we loved the place. The resort is a bit far away from town, but we loved that it was quiet, and the view and overall atmosphere of the hotel were amazing. We booked a luxury room on the last floor with a sea view. The workers were amiable and helped and served us well. They came to clean the room every day, and there would always be water, coffee, tea, toiletries, and a clean room waiting for us. The only thing to note is that even though the bed sheets looked clean, they smelled strange.
We only had a little food in the resort, but everything we ate was alright, and the drinks were great.
Our stay went smoothly until the last night when we were met with an unforeseen nightmare. Returning from a sunset swim, we were greeted by a room swarming with tiny flies. They were everywhere: on the walls, in our clothes, on the bed, and even in our suitcases.
We immediately called the reception, and their first thought was to ask if we left the balcony open, which we didn't. The problem with this hotel is that the rooms are outdated and need renovations, and the balcony door has holes under it, which these bugs crawled under. They took 20 minutes to send someone upstairs with bug spray; he helped us as much as possible and told us to wait while they found another room.
It took another 15 minutes for another employee to come and take us to see if the room was to our liking. To our surprise, that room ALSO had bugs inside. That room was unoccupied, and the balcony was closed, again proving my point that the problem wasn't ours; it was their installations.
They told us to wait, which, at that point, was our last night, and our time wasn't considered. We had reservations and other plans, and we had to wait around and felt no sense of urgency from anyone about our situation. An employee came to drop us another key, saying that the room was okay, which he did not accompany us to. We had to pack all of our stuff and move to that room, and we weren't offered any help to move our stuff or even a call afterward to ensure everything was okay.
Regrettably, no compensation was offered to ease the impact of this unpleasant experience. Not even a complimentary breakfast or a follow-up to check on our well-being. While we understand that the resort cannot control bugs, the lack of support and consideration during this ordeal was deeply disappointing.
This incident completely derailed our last night on the island, and the hotel did little to nothing to help fix the issue.
I wouldn't recommend anyone stay in this hotel. I don't feel they sincerely value their consumers, and the price isn't worth it for such poor customer service.

My husband & I returned to this beautiful hotel after 2 years . We have been stayed here many times before and have always felt so welcomed by all their staffs who always go out of their way to make sure we have a great time . We took a premier Seaview room with a balcony overlooking the sea . Amazing view for sure . Housekeeping staffs had decorated the room for my husband’s birthday. We were so touched . The rooms were also kept superbly clean. Teressa Front Office Manager ensured we had a great time there , Wan of Front Office was also always helpful. Iskandar from F&B was as usual very friendly & made sure we had a good experience once again at this property. Their buffet breakfast has improved a lot from the last time I visited 2 years ago. Kudos to all the staffs . Will be returning again in December for sure

Mostly decent if slow service. I unfortunately ordered the Seafood Chowder which, quite frankly was a disgrace, more like cream of nothing soup, a poor cup-a-soup. Upon complaining and asking for it to be removed from the bill the waiter suddenly did not understand English. Quite disgraceful for such a hotel/resort.

Let me start with the staff as this is what I found great about my stay here. The staff are professional, kind and friendly. It ends here unfortunately. My room was a premiere room. Sound proofing is not a thing in this hotel, thankfully I brought earplugs. The restaurant for lunch and dinner are very very disorganized and slow. Food options are limited and they actually ran out of some foods. It was a busy weekend due to 9 Dragons event. In my opinion they should have planned for this. Waited over 1 hour for dinner on one of my nights here. Breakfast was buffet and was good but as days went on selection decreased. Ants and house lizards in room also. Food soiled. I love the location and the views from the hotel but due to above reasons I definitely won’t stay here again.

Me and my husband stayed at this Resort Langkawi last weekend. We paid rm800+ for just 3 nights having high hopes. We have a few feedbacks that we would like to bring to your attention. First let me begin with the breakfast, if you do not have the proper cook for Indian cuisine please do not provide Indian food. The kesari (sweet Indian desert) chapati and uppama was ridiculously insane. Me being an Indian was really shocked looking that food served. That food was so bad until another Indian lady guest had to give the chef tips on how to prepare chapatis. Just a simple half boil eggs was cold and properly cooked. And the other food was not up to a hotel buffer breakfast at all. I suggest you have breakfast there one of these days.
As my husband was taking this ridiculous breakfast that you serve, one of your staff was standing in way blocking, my husband said excuse me and he just gave him a stare and walk away rudely without apologising. I was there observing him, Such rudeness.
Let's talk about the house keeping. We stayed in so many hotels even budget hotels. The moment we leave the hotel hanging the sign outside the door 'Please Clean' we expect the room to be cleaned once once we are back. When we came back from the island hopping around 12noon, the housekeeping were at our corridor. We asked them why isn't the room clean yet.. They just said in while we will do it not enough people. In a 'selamba tone'we were dead tired after the island hopping and all sweating and hot so we wouldn't be bothhered to wait for them.
Your water heater takes at least 10min to get hot... And in the middle of the bath the water just slows down and stops for about 5min??
There was no plug point by the bed, when my husband feedback to the staff at the front desk, his reply was as long there is a plug point in the room then no problem.
The only thing we enjoyed was the view from the room and the infinity pool.
Surprisingly these kind of service from a well reputable hotel. I hope improvements will be done especially on the breakfast.

I was cruising in Asia and our ship was in Langkawi for the day. This resort offers a beautiful infinity pool viewing the islands in front. If you pay a small fee you can use the pool. I ordered some typical Malay food and was served by the pool. It was the most relaxing day I had in a long time.

The check in malay girl was very unfriendly and not patient. We checked in at 8.30pm, 9 December 2019 but was told that they couldn't find a twin beds room for us which we booked at least two months ago. After checked in the room, we found that there were no water supply for us to take a shower, the whole hotel was facing the same problem as the pump machine was not functioned. This was only sorted out the next day 5am.
