Booked one night on a whim as it is the only one with an available room in KB town proper. Wasn't expecting an amazing hotel, but having stayed there for one night, I think the hotel is great, and the staff are very professional and very courteous I might add. Room is clean, albeit a bit small, but no issue. There's some slight issue with sound as people kept opening and closing doors within my floor.
Hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants, convenience store and 24/7 laundry. Breakfast is limited, but it's enough to fill you up (Mihun goreng is too greasy though).
Definitely recommended, but make sure to book in advance as they can easily get fully booked. I wanted to do a late checkout, but since my room is already taken, they couldn't accommodate my request. But that's fine.

Check in was easy and the location of the hotel is good. Breakfast was provided and the food is tasty. However as a diabetic person, I can’t take white sugar. The hotel should consider providing choices of other types of sweetener. The room is clean but staying on the third floor is not helping with my sleep. The room is not sound proof at all with the noise from the corridors and vehicles. The staff is courteous and attentive always ready to help. However some need to understand basic terms like sweetener, creamer, brown sugar etc.

Though the room is a bit small, the 7th fl cafe compensates it, nice view, lot of choices to choose from. The car rent service nearby is quite competative. Pasar Siti Khadijah is 600m away, MYR4 by Grab. Riverside walk is also nearby, MYR17 by Grab to airport

Stayed here for 6 nights during my trip to KB. Took a single room as I was travelling solo. From the lobby, right up to my room, the hotel is really clean and neat!
Located right in the heart of town, I took a walk about 200m to the waterfront, and also explored town on foot in the evenings.
Room has a tv even equipped with a sports channel and wifi was fast. Breakfast buffet was delicious, a variety of choices and located high up with a view and an option of indoor and outdoor/balcony seating.
Would definitely stay here again during my next visit.

Excellent quality 'price. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, I found well clean rooms nice staff and excellent breakfast buffet '. Good location and nearly 7/11 and some restaurant. If I must to be in kota bharu I will come back here sure

Booked few rooms for family occasions in Kota Bahru. Family rooms, triple rooms and double rooms are basically okayed. Breakfast on Friday quite minimal compared to the feedbacks from google. Quite centrally located. Overall is okay. Good stay

I stayed for two nights here and I had quite a pleasant stay. Some of the things I like about the hotel, is the very nice and comforting shower. The water pressure is strong, the hot water is aplenty, and the bathroom is nicely designed . They have quite a spacious and secluded car park area behind the hotel surrounded with high wall concrete fence. The hotel offers good satisfying breakfast of various menus, and it is at a good location - near the river, just walking distance to a few convenient shops (7-11, Kedai 1-Malaysia) and nice restaurants, and very close to the city center and three museums (War memorial, Cultural Museum and Islamic Museum).
Cons - Smelly curtains, stank of old tobacco smell and god knows what (only if you are very near it), smelly closet (I didn't use it at all), thin blankets in a cold room and the damn annoying chirping noise attracting swallows to nest on top of the building in front of the hotel. Thankfully, you don't hear it in the room, only when you're outside or at the restaurant on the 4th floor having breakfast.

This Hotel look so old, but still maintain and clean, the room is comfortable, the buffet breakfast was great, got a lot of food and open space balcony that you can enjoy your breakfast in the early morning, so dont get too late to have breakfast

We stayed here during late November 2014, for a wedding. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. We had three single beds (family room), The rooms were nicely done. A pleasant surprise was the nice shower head for the bath room :) the star for our stay was the breakfast that we had. It was simple, yet the menu works .. nice variety and view, as the breakfast was at the top floor. The only drawback was the limited parking, but given the location of the hotel (in town area), I was expecting it. Definitely plan to stay here again when we come back to KB.

We stayed in the twin deluxe room on the ground floor, RM199 per night. Security was extra good. You need a room electronic card key to be able to access the corridor leading to the rooms there. Our room was CL9, the furthest away from the lobby but we were still able to use the hotel's free wifi on our mobile phones to surf the net. The room seems to be equipped for business people because apart from the usual tv, mini fridge & jug kettle, there is also an ironing board & two phone line ports for laptops. Lots of space to unpack our things & lay them out. There are many electrical sockets for use. The beds were comfy and big, with extra pillows stored in the wardrobe. The bathroom was also roomy. The shower area was separated from the toilet by a wall & it helped keep the rest of the bathroom dry. They were also thoughtful to provide a bath mat to dry our feet before stepping out of the shower area, something missing from many hotels. There are two types of shower, rain shower and normal. Adjusting water temperature & volume was easy. The shower flow was strong. Toiletries, Nescafe coffee, Lipton tea & sugar were stocked up daily. We stayed 3 days & they changed our towels on the 2nd day, as we forgot to ask them not to. The first set of towels was greyish & obviously old but the 2nd set was white and thick. Everything was clean although the sink needs a little scrubbing. Despite our windows facing the main road, it wasn't particularly noisy. There were two layers of curtains to ensure privacy. The staff at the reception are always friendly & smiling. Other staff polite. Check-out time is 12.00 pm but we were able to sit in the lobby until almost time to depart for our flight. There is a small room behind the lobby where is a sofa & an armchair. I was able to have a cat nap there while waiting. There are only two negatives for this hotel. One, the food shops near it are closed at night, except for Wau Restaurant that is on the next street. Two, free breakfast comes with the room but they didn't serve any Kelantanese food.

Thank you for your question, for your info Deluxe Family View (River or City) located at 5 and 6 floor and all the rooms is near the lift entrance. So i don't think the leg issue is a big problem. Thank you.
