It is a very relaxing place with good view, and feel the sea breeze and the sound of waves. Not forgetting the very friendly reception and staffs at the resort. The price tag is reasonable. Good food is also served at the resort's coffee house, restaurant.

I attended a program that was help in Perdana Beach Resort. I was placed in the chalet. The rooms weren't exactly clean, there was always sand on my bed. And we even found a cockroach on the wall of the bedroom. The toilet is the worst. There was no proper flushing system so you had to manually fill the tank and then flush. The pool was disgusting and the guest who come bath fully dressed. And the beach is not safe for swimming as there were strong currents. There were rocks to reduce the beach erosion, basically not a safe place to bring kids. Even the ball room that we were using had really dirty table and chairs covers. The food was fairly good. But it's malay styled food. I personally wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have been visited and stay there more than 15 times but lately the service, the price, the facalities is bad. Just not like before this. Just near the beach and can walk to go there. No traffic jam to go there and can be considered near to the town Kota Bharu.

A very disappointed resort to stay as no maintenance is being done to the chalets at all. My chalet is so run down that instead of 2 nights stay I checked out the next day. I attended functions at the hall and the food was also very disappointing. I really hope and wish that the owner will do something about it as the the resort is in a very good location which is right by the beach. I couldn't sleep the whole entire night as the air conditioner made loud noise constantly. In the meantime if any tourists want to stay.... just because of the location then go ahead but if you expect comfort and cleanliness then don't as you will be disappointed just like me! 👎

Nice resort, the rooms are a bit outdated but it is still value for money, especially travelling with kids. Swimming pool is ok, it is very quite. There are a lot of cats. restaurant is ok but noting special. From the airport or Kota Bharu it is still approx a 20 minute drive! It is a pity that you can not access the beach any more. We had a good time.

Great location but chalets need to be properly maintained n lot of needed refurbishment in order to attract more visitors.Good breakfast spread. No second visit for us unless a total new setup. By the way it is a good place for family gathering n games coz of the great space.

Nice n quiet resort with rather nice view of the sea. That's the only positive thing to say about the resort. There's practically no more beach left n construction vehicles are moving up n down bringing rocks to protect up the shoreline. Breakfast choices r limited and place is really in need of a major refit.

Its pretty close to my place, thus going there with friends from time to time. After so many years they are not or wont be renovating their rooms. U still see those 14 inch tubes around, and the shower head is of plastic. AKA Run Down. When ask about the apartment site that are just finished recently, the desk answered that it was for sales and not part of the resort. So keep away, would not worth your dollar. It is stayable, but not for that price
