Detailed Reviews
We arrived at 7 p.m. Both young male employees were sleeping on the floor and were terribly unhappy that we had disturbed them. They mocked me, repeating words after me like parrots. They pretended or didn't really speak English. In our room, there was a rotten watermelon in the refrigerator and very dirty bed linen that had not been changed. They said that there would be no breakfast, but as a result, the next morning there was a female employee and organized breakfast for us. These two hired employees decided to have dinner at the time of our arrival and said that we would only be able to use the kitchen when they had eaten. When we started drinking tea, one of the employees defiantly coughed in the toilet, which was right next to the kitchen and did not even close the toilet door on purpose, I closed this door myself, but he opened it again. They were very annoyed by our presence, they said that toilet paper is not provided in this hotel. Also, one of them laid out a rug on the kitchen floor and decided to pray and kicked us out. Although we just wanted to have tea before going to bed. Disgusting employees. The hotel owner should kick them out in disgrace. This behavior is unacceptable. These two guys shouldn't be working with tourists, they're good just sweeping the street.

This is a residence with a signboard named Aam Hotel. This “hotel” consist of 4 houses and we were given a room in the newest house which was down the block from the house which house the reception counter. This house is not properly done up yet, room doors did not have numbers. We had to call for help several times to ask which room is ours. We had booked a room with a double bed and on the website, it said every room comes with its own private bathroom. When we went into our room, we could not open our bathroom door. Called for help again and THEN ONLY they disclosed that our bathroom is a SHARED one; the other room’s customer must have locked it. Why not be honest and inform us properly first? We left.

The most stressful experience. The air conditioner leaked so badly that the floor was wet and slippery, the bathroom smelled of "mold", the toilet was VERY dirty and the toilet door seal was broken (hand was injured from trying to lock the door). I was forced to buy room perfume and use bath towels to dry the floor.

I have stayed here twice, staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is provided. The whole homestay was nicely decorated with flowers and small decoration items, room overall is clean.
The only one room at ground floor is a two-bed room, no aircon, price is cheap though and has a shared toilet outside the room.
Upstairs has three rooms - Only the family room (Master bedroom) with two beds has its own toilet, for the two other two rooms are sharing the same toilet. For the travellers who don’t like shared toilet better booked for the big room.
Overall experience is excellent, the only downside is the location is a bit too far for people who don’t drive.
