Just a very simple and normal hotel, next to Chinatown, you can just walk there have some food and drinks. This hotel is very good and kind, they sent a cockroach to my hotel to accompany me, knowing that I am alone. I guess i gonna come back again, hopefully can see that damn cute baby cockroach. 😘😘🪳

The location is good. There are many restaurant and cafe around the hotel. The room is small with no view from the window. When first I enter the room, it was a little bit smelly and dusty but it is okay when the air conditioner run. They still use the old CRT television. The bed was good and comfortable. Overall it is good value for money.

Location is good, near to many restaurants/coffee shops, market, 7-11. Was given a room without view. Room was small with dirty, moldy lamp and bed headboard, and smelly wardrobe. Service at front desk was good. Didn’t try the breakfast although the room comes with breakfast.

It was a run down hotel. An old tv, musky smell from the cupboard. The bathroom door can't be closed properly. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is walking distance to the famous Pasar Siti Khaddijah. They also provide breakfast which is not bad.

Located right behind Chinatown hence food was not issue, also since this hotel is situated behind the banking district, it is easy to find facilities you might require from diving supplies to medicine or food. There is a 'Nasi kukus' stall near to the hotel (in front of 7-11) and there are lots of Chinese food stalls scattered about. Plus there's also an Indian restaurant. Other than that, the local market is quite a walk, (about 20 minutes) but there's really nothing else to do, but if you are there for work or if you enjoy peaceful towns, then this hotel is not bad location wise. The room I stayed in was a superior queen but there are no windows so you can get cabin fever if you stay too long. WiFi is stable, strong and reliable but the strange part is the shower, bathrooms are small and the shower controls are located at the other end of the bathroom, so to control water temperature, you'll have to walk across the bathroom butt naked and then jump back in the shower and repeat the process til you get the temperature you like. Perhaps because I was the only occupant that week, but breakfast was mediocre at best, they served me ala carte fried noodles, sausages and eggs. Typical Malay food but you'd be better off having breakfast outside. If you're reaching by grab, ask the driver to go through Chinatown and the hotel is behind Public Bank, they often can't find it. The staff are pleasant people though so it was a tolerable stay

For the price, I do feel that the hotel is not really a worthwhile deal as am certain you can get decent places elsewhere. Location it's near Siti khatijah market and in Chinatown. Room was clean though the bathroom door couldn't shut easily. Real basic hotel. Plus point receptionist allowed us a late checkout.

Located in the middle of kb town is very convenient...with 7 eleven just nearby. Walking distance to pasar siti khatijah. I like the hotel because of its cleanliness n new refurbished rooms. Rate is rather high but the food is good n parking is easy.

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The room and bathroom is clean. Basic toiletries available but no tooth brush ( pleaese bring your own). The towel is small. The room which I stayed is just nice for 2 person. The breakfast , lunch and dinner are ok ( Malaysian food). Nice for me. The hotel is near to the famous Pasar Siti Khadijah ( 10 minutes walk). Overall ok

Room is spacious and clean however the aircon is too noisy and lid when turn on, besides it is so cold even set at 25. Bed is comfortable not too hard. Toilet is clean but small can fit in one person, water pressure low and hard to control the water temperature between hot and cold. Price similar with others hotel nearby and can choose a better one. Breakfast selection from Malay to western not bad.
