Pros -: - good location - clean - with Lift - aircond was in good condition Con -: - need wake up early to pay parking fees , start from 8am - breakfast just ok , less choices - during house keeping times , staff “ bang “ the door too loud.... entire floor can hear the sound - request extra bed ( with extra cost ) , it only provide mattress sleep on top the floor , no mobile bed frame .. and the mattress was in dirty mark condition

A normal, small, clean hotel with a quite rare lift operations. Nice to feel the old system of lift but sometimes it nervous you.... Children for sure love this. This hotel is formerly known as Habib Hotel. Breakfast with traditional Kelantan's food..Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Dagang, Nasi Minyak with other Western Breakfast. Quite luxury breakfast..

The rooms are a bit dated but well kept. Room large with comfortable bed. The bathroom had an odour and the room smelt musty. The staff friendly and the breakfast was okay. For the price I paid, it was okay. Hotels in the Kota Bharu are not that good unless you stay at the expensive ones, so this is not too bad. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of many attractions.

Under recommendation of a local friend, we went there for a late lunch. The cafe is situated in front of the hotel and easy to access for non-guess client. We ordered their special chicken chop with sweet sour sauce and spaghetti. The pairing of the chicken, the sauce and spaghetti sounds weird right but it did taste good. I really recommend others to try this dishes here.

Old hotel. Yet Room clean, spacious, worth the price. Unique lift but slow. Towel a bit old. Basic amenities. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast spread. However for lunch n dinner, they have varieties of food in their restaurant that's so good. With reasonable price. Location very strategic in the city center. Walking distance to pasar siti khadijah and to other restaurants. Iron board is at the corridor. Hairdryer need to request. One of the day we went out to pasar after breakfast and found they took the hairdryer without telling us. During that period we haven't ready for housekeeping to makeup our room. So our valuable stuffs were not kept properly. Minus point for that. But we didn't lost anything tho. Overall is fine. Would recommend others with low budget.

Spent 2 nights in this hotel and it was really nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant served good food and walking distance from the hotel to go shopping. Staff was great and really helpful, kind people. From the airport to the hotel it took about 20 min with taxi.

This is my 2nd stay here in Habib. We are back as the hotel is clean and it is located in the middle of the town. Credits to the staff who went the extra mile to make us feel like home..Keep up the good work.

My friends and I arrived at the hotel in the early afternoon and were greeted warmly by the Hotel Manager. We were a group of 10. We decided to have tea at the hotel restaurant and service was quick and efficient. Room keys were distributed and soon we were were on our way to the rooms. The lift is a novelty and unique as it is a hydraulic operated unit. So be prepared for a slow ride! The hotel has 30 rooms and rooms have either twin beds or a king bed. The room was spacious and sparsely furnished....a wardrobe, a wall hanging mirror, a desk and a chair, the bed and 2 bedside tables and a wall mounted tv. There is only one desk lamp. Complimentary coffee/tea sachets, 2 bottles of water and an electric jug kettle were provided. The room carpet looks worn and tired. The air
