I stayed for 3 days and am very pleased with the services and room. The front office staff were friendly and efficient in checking me in. The rooms, though a bit small but still comfortable as I slept very well. The rooms are designed differently, there's no bathroom per se, just a separate shower and toilet area. The wash basin separates the sleeping area from the bathroom and toilet. Very chic and modern!! Rest of the expected amenities like toiletries, hair dryer, ironing board, safe etc are all available. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, quite a good choice but could improve on the taste for nasi lemak. For both mornings there was a slight variety, which is a good offering. For entertainment, there's free movies and I like the way the hotel classifies their movies into different headings like family, action, romance, new releases Whenever in Kota Bharu, this is a good hotel to stay in. Highly recommended

Very satisfied with the service, ambience, room condition. Staff was very friendly, helpful and also accommodating. Quite new hotel with the urban style concept, and also has separation between bed & bathroom (even bathroom separated with the toilet). Breakfast provided and sent to the room. Internet wifi connection is good, and pretty cosy and clean room. There also sort like small convenience shop at the lobby in case you want to buy snacks or additional food.

Hotel is nice and clean but some of the guests are annoying making a lot of noise, smoke in the room and not wearing mask. Room is clean and comfortable with good sound proof, just make sure to get a room with no connecting door. Breakfast is amazing good and different everyday.

Deduct 1 star because we are not informed there are quarantined guests staying same floor as us. Strongly suggest they separate the normal leisure guests and quarantined guests, no matter they are high risk or not.
Deduct another star because of the room cleanliness. We found some long hairs which obviously not belong to us throughout our 3 nights stay....during pandemic period, I expected they are my more cautious of hygiene.
By the way, the hotel is new,staffs are lovely, room size is adequate since it's budget hotel. Overall a good choice in kelantan.

I think this is one of the newest hotel in kota bharu, or recently renovated. I love the vibe at the lobby. So chic. Check in and check out was fast. Location is fine, not far from the city center. There’s a convenient store downstairs so if you feel like buying some last minute stuff im sure they have it there. Plus they have a snack vending machine at the lobby so if u ever get hungry in the middle of the night, feel free to grab something there. We had the family room. Pretty basic. I find the bathroom designs a bit of a let down because it is really small (even for a typical asian standard like me) and it looks like a cubicle rather than a hotel bathroom. Cleanliness, can be improved. I have to say, i love the breakfast buffet! Simple yet just enough. They served nasi kerabu and tapai! Ive never had tapai in any buffet before. And they are so yummy. Kudos to the restaurant team. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at ibis KBR.

Decebt location even though it's a bit outside the city centre. The rooms are very clean, with slick and modern designs. WiFi is fast. Rain shower with good water pressure. Lots of movie choices on the TV. The breakfast is good as well. Great view of the city.
The only drawback is the table in the room is a bit small if you're doing work.

Good food and great ambience. Very welcoming manager and executive chef. Really nice smoked salmon on a bed of fresh salad, with a light balsamic dressing, curated by Chef Mustapha himself. Recommended place for dinner.

Really love this hotel. Modern and stylish hotel and yet not too expensive. Room is clean, have fridge, coffee machine (arristo) and a small sanitiser machine where u can sanitise ur hp.
However their parking is limited. Nevertheless, Staff are friendly and can speak english well. Will come back and stay here again.

My first time to Kelantan and was really amazed. Amazing and fantastic Hotel with an incredible team. The General Manager Zac Harun was always available to assist and his team at reception was fabulous. The food quality was great. This hotel ambiance and quality was exceptional and this hotel will always be my preferred hotel compare to other hotels in Kota Bharu.
The room quality and all amenities was excellent and the service quality was exceptional

I am happy and satisfied with my stay here. Friendly staff, good location and clean. This would be my favorite place to escape from my busy lifestyle. The room is splendid & hygienic. I came here for my work trip hence it certainly helps me to do my work comfortably. Got free coffee machine even in the lowest room category. Love the scenic, ambience, interior & security totally spot on!
