I think this is one of the newest hotel in kota bharu, or recently renovated. I love the vibe at the lobby. So chic. Check in and check out was fast. Location is fine, not far from the city center. There’s a convenient store downstairs so if you feel like buying some last minute stuff im sure they have it there. Plus they have a snack vending machine at the lobby so if u ever get hungry in the middle of the night, feel free to grab something there. We had the family room. Pretty basic. I find the bathroom designs a bit of a let down because it is really small (even for a typical asian standard like me) and it looks like a cubicle rather than a hotel bathroom. Cleanliness, can be improved. I have to say, i love the breakfast buffet! Simple yet just enough. They served nasi kerabu and tapai! Ive never had tapai in any buffet before. And they are so yummy. Cozy place to stay but if you come with family maybe need to book more than one room because it only provide 2 beds per room. Staffs were friendly. There was mini market in lobby if you want to get your coffee or other things. Unfortunately the breakfast was not good. Limited choices and not tasty. Please improve.

I stayed for 3 days and am very pleased with the services and room. The front office staff were friendly and efficient in checking me in. The rooms, though a bit small but still comfortable as I slept very well. The rooms are designed differently, there's no bathroom per se, just a separate shower and toilet area. The wash basin separates the sleeping area from the bathroom and toilet. Very chic and modern!! Rest of the expected amenities like toiletries, hair dryer, ironing board, safe etc are all available. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, quite a good choice but could improve on the taste for nasi lemak. For both mornings there was a slight variety, which is a good offering. For entertainment, there's free movies and I like the way the hotel classifies their movies into different headings like family, action, romance, new releases Whenever in Kota Bharu, this is a good hotel to stay in. Excellent rooms with nice terrasse and even a mini-golf. Restaurant was good (the service was though a bit slow but si have no doubt that the team will improve). We spent a great evening. Breakfast, for our taste, is the only negative note of our short stay. Do not hesitate to stay in this IBIS.

Decebt location even though it's a bit outside the city centre. The rooms are very clean, with slick and modern designs. WiFi is fast. Rain shower with good water pressure. Lots of movie choices on the TV. The breakfast is good as well. Great view of the city. The only drawback is the table in the room is a bit small if you're doing work.

Good food and great ambience. Very welcoming manager and executive chef. Really nice smoked salmon on a bed of fresh salad, with a light balsamic dressing, curated by Chef Mustapha himself. Recommended place for dinner.

Thanks to ibis style Hotel kota bharu,finally ibis in kelantan. I had a booked for 2 pax hi tea and the food was owesome and delicious,welldone to chef. Staff very friendly and not forget to Mr Fazli and Captain incharge for arranging nice private dining room for our anniversary .it's unexpected! Well done team hope ibis will be another different level from your competitors.

Hotel is nice and clean but some of the guests are annoying making a lot of noise, smoke in the room and not wearing mask. Room is clean and comfortable with good sound proof, just make sure to get a room with no connecting door. Breakfast is amazing good and different everyday.

Really love this hotel. Modern and stylish hotel and yet not too expensive. Room is clean, have fridge, coffee machine (arristo) and a small sanitiser machine where u can sanitise ur hp. However their parking is limited. Nevertheless, Staff are friendly and can speak english well. Will come back and stay here again.
