Location: Just a walking distance from the Jalan Pendek's old Kota Bharu bus station. However the hotel's building is hidden among other buildings so it took me a couple of rounds to find it. I did ask the locals but they failed to give me the right direction so i ended up find it on my own. Actually the easiest way to look for it from the bus station is by standing at the bus station and look for a bright green tall building. The hotel is an old hotel (formerly known as Hotel Raudah) and just being rebranding in 2015/16 so if you ask around some people are not familiar with the hotel's new name. Since it's close to the old bus station, it is also close to Pasar Siti Khatijah, saturday night's night market (clothes only), Giant and the Store grocery store. 7-Eleven Jalan Pendek is just behind the old bus station; if it's during midday and the 7-Eleven was out of stuff you're looking for (it happened to me, surprisingly the 7E was out of mineral water!!), you will find some small shops around the old bus station are more helpful than the 7E. A CIMB ATM machine (was it a bank?) situated close to the hotel's building (outside). There is a local restaurant in front of the hotel opened during days. I checked-in the hotel on Friday morning so I had the honour of watching the town's people attended the Kuliah Jumaat (Friday's lectures) held in front of hotel. Amenities: On the ground floor of the hotel, there is a cafe, a hall for seminar, public toilet and a surau. The surau hold solat jemaah from Subuh till Isya. Two small old lifts are available to take you to your room. Iron and iron board are available on each floor. If your room need to be cleaned up and changed fresh towels, you have to mention it to the receptionist earlier while check in. No one not even the receptionist tell us about this so during our 3D 2N stay we had to endure with the overfully, smelly and bursting dustbin. The room's phone line was not in order so we have to use our own cellphone to call the receptionist for anything LOL *sighs* Wifi is SLOWLY available for free all through the hotel.. so from time to time you have to do the check in to get the wifi. The higher your room the little possibility for you to get the free wifi. The receptionist: Always missing from the front reception desk and we needed to wait until she emerged from somewhere (like a genie??) just to ask for help or to take our calls. My Room: I booked a room with 2 single beds. Honestly i love the room! The room was huge, and furnished with a TV, mini fridge, water heater, some instant Nescafe sachets, locker with enough hangers for 2 person, a Quran, a sejadah for prayer and space large enough for you to do the prayer. No Astro for the TV and just some basic local channels and Thai's channel. The towels were old but clean. It has a balcony but unfortunately our balcony was on the back so we get to see the dirty backside of the buildings. The bathroom was old but large and got hot water. A small little packet of soap is provided for our 3D 2N stay *sighs again* and no shampoo is provided. The toilet bowl was dirty and failed to function. After doing my "business" and flushed, i can still see stuff floating inside the toilet bowl. I need to pour some more water on my own to really clean the toilet bowl and this, had consumed much of our time just to do the toilet stuff.…

I have spent 2 nights in Hotel Raudah. First night, my friend sleep next to me got bited by insect/mosquito. And she suffer the itchiness for the whole day. Second night, it's my turn to got bited. I have more than 10 bite marks all over my body even my belly. I don't know whether it's mosquito or insect living in the same room. I think it's terrible. The bed sheet and blanket have terrible smell. It's like dint wash for months. I am sure that hotel dint wash the blanket often. But overall still okay. The only thing I like about this hotel is it's location. It's situated near to the bus stesen KB. Which is very convenient. :) if the problem of dirty bed sheet and smelly blanket can improve I think I will consider my next stay here.

Stayed in the triple sharing room, and they did not provide 3 towels. Its their policy, what the heck? But the breakfast is they gave for 3 people..something is not right. Room is a bit dated. No remote for the tv. And using indoor antenna = poor reception. Only good about the hotel is its location, right in the middle of town.
