Location is strategic, not too far from Kota Bharu city centre. Check in was smooth and fast since I booked and paid online. Room on the ground floor (without windows). Facilities - TV, coffee mixes but only soap for toiletries. No cupboard in the room. Pipe in the toilet was leaking, which should be spotted when they service the room to avoid wastage. You have to pay for parking at night (not sure whether can claim from hotel) So if you are in town for a short visit and like to wander around the night market, give it a try.

Unlike some big resorts we've been to around Malaysia, this place serves better in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Although the room isn't spacious, but the design (especially the bathroom) is comforting and relaxing. Given the area is quite secluded to us as a tourist riding from Singapore, there were quite a handful of restaurants around the hotel. Will definitely try to visit again!

I went to this hotel with my family. We chose this hotel merely because it is near Wakaf Che Yeh, a heaven for the shoppers. So, if your main objective is shopping, this hotel will be a perfect hotel for you and has value for your money. The room we rent was spacious. However it was not very clean. The bathroom was just ok. If you are a person who are really hygienic, you might need to wear slippers in the bathroom. The price was affordable. This hotel also offers the Ogawa chair at the lobby. Of course you need to pay for the service. So, if you are tired after shopping, you might find this service very useful. Overall, this is an OKAY hotel. You cannot demand so much if you go for the price instead of convenience.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, Not bad and not so good either. We do not like the room as there were no windows in our unit and I really hated the way they suspended the TV midway in the air. Sprained my neck trying to watch something. It's clean , but table was too tiny to put anything. think they could do better in presentation of the room as it does not look like a boutique hotel . Breakfast was lousy. after the second day, you'd dread going down for any more breakfast.
