Dirty, most of the things are damage and not functioning, black ants all over room & bed. Asks for extra pillow and towel as some room have extras but they gonna charge it, however don't wanna give any discounts or compensate any for things that are damage such as tv which is not functioning at all. Aircond without controller etc etc.

1) bedsheets are worn out, thin and greyish 2) so are the towels 3) walls have many dirt marks 4) no remote control, was told they have been ordered but not delivered 5) beach has litters, empty bottles, plastic, cigarette butts 6) walkway from chalet to reception is not smooth, not wheelchair friendly 7) glass door lock is simple latch The good point is the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

A old resort that in need of an upgrade. The room is spacious and clean. It is next to a beach. I was there for work didn't get to explore the area that much but from what I observe there's nothing much in the area.

One night stay at this hotel for family day. Room condition is acceptable and large for family with kids. Rooms next to beach. Got chalet room type too which next to the swimming pool located. Food served is good and breakfast spread just nice. Staff assist a lot for all the activities held.

I came with my family. Room rate is rm212. The shower head cant be use. Tap is having corrusion. My bed a lot of sand under the blanket. The window is broken and cant open. Breakfast is not so well. Then i went to pool, the water is dirty. I rent the bbq set, they arrange the place quite far from our room. The staff is unfriendly. Overall is bad. I wont come again.

I stay here for one night and booked 4 chalets. When arrived staffs at counter are very rude, not friendly and very 'lazy' to smile. The chalet is extreme old, the paint at wall was peel off, the toilet is full of ants, the door keys was detached and the electrical plug ruined. Not worth it and just wasted for rm204.00 x 4 = rm816.00 at one night. Breakfast not many choice. Full of ants at the ladle of soup but a staffs just ignore it until i ask to change it. The most terrible experience is when i walked from the chalet to lobby for check out about 11.55am suddenly the staff call me and told me 'YOU MUST CHECK OUT NOW'. And i made my decision this is the LAST I CAME HERE!!!

I pay almost RM 200 for a rude customer service. They even don't have a water boiler and when I ask for it, the say I should get hot water from the cafe. I woke up at 10am, and the cafe already shut down

I was too upset with what I get. The service that we get was not equivalent with what we pay. First, I booked for two rooms, both should be queen bed. But, I got 1 queen bed and another room was 2 single-bed. Just imagine my mom & dad was in the 2 single-bed room. I thought we get both rooms with queen bed as that was what I booked. And the staff never inform us about this. I want to complaint but my mom say it's okay. But it's not okay for me because the queen bed also are just too small with the standard queen bed. The combination of two single-bed are bigger than 1 queen bed, just imagine that. Secondly, the room. The floor are too grainy & sandy. I understand your hotels are only 100m away from the beach but, why you do the floor cleaning as well during the housekeeping time? Also, we found that the water heater is already rusty inside. Fortunately we checked before use. And yeah, we were not using it. It is unsafe to drink water from rusty water heater. Thirdly, toilet. Same goes with the toilet..the floor was sandy and grainy. the tap also rusty. It is clearly shows that you are not maintaining your room. Honestly I felt really uncomfortable during my stay at Sudara Beach Resort. Please take serious with the cleanliness of the room. Also do keep your beach clean as I found there was garbage at the beach. Really not nice to take pictures at the beach as you can clearly see the impurities on the photo taken. …

Stayed here for one night. Not as well satisfied with the service and amenities. Bed not comfy, staff not too friendly, not many choices of food, the rates are too expensive, toilet amenities not included, rusty pipes, don't have hot showers. Need to improve. But swimming pool is superb.

I was at Chalet 409. Checked in 22/10 and checked out 23/10/14. The staff at the counter were not so friendly. They shpuld smile and greet the guests although they are busy. I doubt they were that busy when I was checking in because there only me and another guest then. I thought check out time is 12pm but only at about 2 something i saw a group of people were checking out and I had to wait until 2.30 pm to check in. The bathroom was a disappointment but it was clean though.The door could not be locked. The room is spacious and has nice view of the pool. In fact I just only sit at the balcony and keep an eye on my children swimming in the kiddie pool. The kiddie pool is spacious enough and I think this is a good aspect of this hotel. Chalet 409 has a special ramp for the disabled so the guest can enter the chalet through the door or through the balcony (which has the ramp) All in all, my children love this place especially the pool.. which I would say, the major attraction here. The pool is clean, and spacious. The water is clear too.…
