This is the second time we’ve visited this place. We are pleased to see it still had retained its nature charm, but had also had some upgrades. the location is just spectacular, including unreal sunsets in a really chilled environment. highly recommend

Cerana Villa Resort met and exceeded all of our expectations! the service was outstanding, the location and views from the river view room were amazing, and near beautiful beach. the food were amazing and fantastic. highly recommend and hope to return again.

Bilik clean. Toilet bersih. Accessories cukup Ada tv. Airconditioning. Sungai luas yg cantik.. river view. Can fishing from balcony. Dine at the floating restaurant at reasonable price. We are lucky this Saturday morning is a Saturday Floating Market with varieties of local delicacies. Interesting to see Dikir Barat Performance. A weekly event. Please come. Really worth it & fun. Boleh naik boat/ we enjoyed river cruise! Here are some pictures.

We ordered few dishes namely butter prawn, kangkong belacan, special fish dish and sotong goreng. Semua sedap. Can go again👍🏼 The restaurant is deep inside and some parts of the road can be dark. Just drive in follow the direction on yr gadget

Book a cabin room just for night fishing. Cabin made from steel container which is hot on day time and the steel sweat (dew dripping with some rust) on the outside in early morning. The floor is squeaky. The water pressure is good but the shower drain pipe is clogged. Aircond filter too dirty that I have to dust it clean for proper air circulation. The door lead to balcony can't be locked (broken) that i have to put iron board as alarm if anyone try to break in our room. No big fish in the river as local fisherman using a kind of banned fish net that haul all the river creatures. One plus point is the cabin a quite cheap and it has 1 single bed with 1 small queen bed fit for 3 persons. Equip with new lcd tv.

Firstly, we had to sleep with few broken windows. The room and bathrom are not clean. The bed and bed sheet had unpleasent smell. Kids found few cockroaches under the bed and in the bathroom. The only entertainment was not funtioning TV. We had a special request and contacted the staff and manager. The answer from them were the same "we will call back because a bit busy". But they had never call back. Very dissapointed with the management.

Chose this place as it offered a different environment being located by the river. Booked for two nights the "new" Family Deluxe Room which had one King size bed & 3 single beds with 2 bathroom. Room was spacious with air con & 2 wall fans. Opposite the entrance there was another door that led to the yard and the river that was flowing behind. Furnishing & fitting run-down and linen used more suited for home-stay (only 2 towels for 5pax and no toilet roll). Wardrobe drawer was filthy as full of cockroach droppings and stank!!! Informed the Asst Mgr and he just looked at me blankly and did not offer to get it cleaned or apologize. Gave additional 3 towels and a pack of tissue normally used in their restaurant. 1st night (Chalet No.2) - one shower did not have hot water and sink tap water pressure was very low. Advertised in resort that fishing rod is provided but when asked informed that no longer provided. Purchased fishing rods from tackle shop nearby and kids enjoyed fishing and caught a couple of fishes each. Wife wanted to stay another night as tired from travelling and when requested was informed by Manager we had to change rooms as someone else had booked our room on the 3rd night. Explained to him what had occurred earlier on the room condition. 2nd Day - Changed to Chalet No.3 and the wardrobe stank too even after the maid was sent ahead of us to clean it. Later found out also one shower did not have hot water and sink tap was spraying water everywhere when used. Explained to the Manager and he tried to get shower fixed but could not work even after changing the heater. Promised to get it done the next day. Had dinner in their restaurant which was built over the river and the food was good and value-for-money. 3rd day : One toilet bowl was stuck after using and could not flush-out....almost overflowed. Informed reception on the way out for breakfast and inquired on the plumber and was informed would arrive about 10am so left keys for access. Came back at 11am and had still not come but toilet had been cleared. Plumber only came at 3.30pm and spent 3 hours and still could not fix it. This could have been a great stay but sadly due to the poorly maintained facilities of the "new" rooms, it inconvenience our stay.…
