Lovely budget guesthouse. I don't need water heater and save little bit on the rental for second floor rooms. Value for money. Friendly owner. The place is very suitable for Family. Old type TV but working. What do you expect at this price. Nice location with nearby 24hrs convenience store and restaurants. Highly recommended.

I book this thru agoda and stayed for 2 nights. Its in kubang kerian actually which is about 10km from the kota bharu town. Its near to balai polis kubang kerian. At first when we arrive,i know this is budget hotel but i have spend a holiday using budget hotel but this is the worst hotel for me. -U have to take off your shoes at the entrance. -no lift.only staircase. I got second floor room. The standard family room. Whats about the room??the WORST PART! -NO WATER HEATER in the toilet! when i ask why?? The old man said because this is cheaper room than the lower floor. Hello!! I paid for this 2night around RM210 ok! If its cheaper then its your standard not my fault. In their website they mention that all rooms got water heater and now what?? - the mattress also worst part. I can feel the spring of the mattress. When i woke up i feel backache. Thanx for that! - rough and old towel - rough and old blanket - old,smelly and hard pillow. Its like old house pillow. - tv??old tv - the next day i request to change to deluxe room then he said i can change but have to add another 10ringgit. The room is cheaper than my standard family room and now u request for add another bucks to change room?? I will not coming here again! Thanx cause makes me find another hotel to stay!…
