This is the worst experience in our life. Our room was broken in by the guest next door when were away for 4 hours. How?? don't be surprised !! it was through the interconnecting door of the attached room. We are not sure if it was done purposely by the staff of the hotel to give us and the guest @ thieve an interconnecting room. We were shocked as no one was monitoring the CCTV and the police were not able to access the footage as the system as well as the monitor screen is locked in the managers room and the manager was out of town. How silly they can be. We lost our jeweleries cost almost RM30,000. The police from Seremban police station told us that there's frequent theft and burglary in that hotel and he was not surprise!!.

Stayed in room 104, so did half a million bed bugs. Severely bitten by bed bugs and am itching like mad. Now I am all polka dotted.

Please avoid this place. I certainly will from now on.

Worst hotel I've stayed. Not cheap too. I had to check into this hotel as all the other hotels were overbudget and I was working late, so not planning to travel back to KL.
The rooms were old and dirty, but huge. Breakfast was... horrible.
Please go out and eat in a mamak stall, you'll be much happier.

Since the last time I stayed, I rather travel back to KL at 3am in the morning.
That's how depressing this place is.

this hotel was recently renovated before COVID-19, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. However, there seems to be a trend of something off in the bathrooms of Seri Malaysia Hotel chains, and this room had a bad smell in the bathroom. Nevertheless, since we don't use the bathroom much, it was manageable, and this is a great roadside motel in Seremban, if you need a night's sleep at a reasonable price.

If it were not because of business purposes, I would not have had the experience of staying at Seri Malaysia. I think the hotel is in dire need of a makeover. The rooms are pretty dingy, the exterior shabby, the bathrooms are manky and the lobby looks like it belongs to the 70s.

The price for a room is by no means justified and I am quite shocked SM is getting away with the rates being charged!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends, family nor foes.

I realise it's not cheap and the hotel is quite run down. Maintenance is questionable. No exercise facilities provided.

The toilet can't flush, slow water pressure sometimes no water connection too....the interior was very old and smelly, small meeting room, breakfast also not delicious at all....quality of the bed also bad! please go and find other hotel..........
This is the first and the last to stay at this hotel if comeback in Seremban.Very bad no lift facilities too! Not really suitable if you bring a small baby or small kid they need to walk up the stairs.Very terrible and actually no star to gave for rating this hotel.Only good about this hotel the location in the heart of Seremban city,a lot of open parking space! This is my first experience stay with Hotel Seri Malaysia..the hotel really need to do a lot of upgrading! Since this Hotel carry Malaysia name, this Year 2014 also Visit Malaysia Year 2014 of course must comeback the 'Seri' of Malaysia...with this kind of facilities and lack of conditions the hotel rates feel expensive to pay! I'm so sorry to leave my very sincere comment! Really hope this Hotel Seri Malaysia Seremban can do a lot of upgrading since this Year also Visit Malaysia Year! Hope can see the 'Seri' of the hotel...please bring it back!

Can easily win the title of the worst hotels I ever stayed. The moment I opened my room 106 door my heart sank. The carpeted area of the room was full of spots and my feet sticks to it! Spacious room but so poorly maintained. Bathroom had a faint smell and the flush did not work after few uses. Hot water goes cold after few minutes of usage. Need to switch it off and on again to get the heater working again. It’s a good thing that we only stayed for the night and quickly left in the morning. Did not bother with breakfast, just wanted to leave already.
It didn’t help that the area next to our room was what I assume to me a residential home? They had a dog that barked a lot during the night.

Pro's
- Good Location

Con's

Just an old hotel by the road side, the building looks like secondary school's hostel. The receptionist was ok, just doing his work. There are tables in front of the lobby, where you can see the staffs chatting & having their good time laughing, singing and having fun on their own. I got a room at the end of the block, bed was ok. Good air conditioning, but not good location as it is placed directly flowing air to the bed. I can't get a good sleep at night as i keep on waking up due to the sound of vehicle passing by. Everything in the room looks old. The breakfast was pathetic, only cereals, square breads with 4 choices of jem, fried rice, fried mee, fried sausage, fried nugget, hot tea & coffee only. Chose this hotel only if you are super duper desperate.
