A new hotel located within a developing industrial and residential area of Seremban just a short distance from the North-South Highway. A walking distance to a shopping complex, it's ideal for those who love shopping. It has sufficient facilities for moderate size meeting and seminars.

It's the weirdest hotel i have been to till date. You need to pay in advance the room rent. There is a freaking compact swimming pool within the building. I mean the only time you can see sun from that pool is when the sun is directly above your head at afternoon for few minutes. The bathroom vents open towards the bloody corridor! So be sure to be silent in whatever you do in your bathroom.
The room cleaning staff is lousy. Once i was in the room and the cleaning staff mopped the floor with a dirty smelly cloth. I thought i would throwup. I had spray my deo on the floor!
The rooms are very small.
The wifi in the rooms is very very slow. My phone internet was faster. If you wanna use internet, go to the reception area.
The food is expensive and not that good. So unless you have no where to go. Stay away from this place.

Better management could greatly lift this hotel. Booking by phone was easy - forget the website which is problematic and emails just bounced back. Sutera is ok for a short stop which is what most people are doing in Seremban. We stayed due to the overpriced Royale Bintang being booked out (it often is when events are on, being the only half decent hotel in town). Firstly, note Sutera Hotel is in Seremban 2 - out of town - but a short walk to the big Aeon (formerly Jusco) shopping complex. The rooms are basic but adequate. The triple room we had was good value - a queen and single bed. Tiled floors clean, but plenty of dust between the door-wardrobe gap and glass shelf in the bathroom still had toothpaste stains from previous occupants. Towels substandard. Bed linen laundered ok but with the odd black machinery stains. Firm pillows good. Air-con good. Reception staff variable - from disinterested to a lovely helpful lady. The hotel can make taxi arrangements and the metered taxis for nearby trips are fine, but beware the rip-off lump sums asked for longer journeys and make your own arrangements eg taxis from the shops. The included breakfast is typical Malaysian fare and we actually found the nasi lemak very tasty. I think some other reviewers expectations of a budget hotel breakfast are perhaps a bit high. There were fruits, local rice porridge, cereal, cordial, t&c, toast, muffins, boiled eggs etc. Where they need to improve is for the staff to wipe up spills and debris to improve the presentation and cleanliness. There were even prawn shells still on the cafe floor presumably from the night before! It's fine for a stopover, with its nicely presented exterior and rooms, it could be so much better with some good supervisors.

Checked in to a room with bed sheets filled with footprint......
Called the reception....
Was told to live with it as their housekeeping hours is apparently only during the day

Would totally avoid this hotel in future.

I am a frequent traveller to Seremban and stay in Sutera almost 5days/week. The room is dirty which i need to mop every time i check in. The bed line is disastrous with blood stain, foot prints which i have no choice but to change everytime ( all by myself, as they telling me their housekeeping staff is not available at nite).
Having to put on all this additional chores after paid RM140 per night, this room is certainly overpriced.
Still, i am ok with this.
Just requested a new set of bedsheet from the Asst Manager (Ms Azlina), she spoke in a very rude manner to reject my request and can't wait to cutting off my line. Very rude.
I felt very dissapointed over this bad attitude of hers.

Don't be fooled by the freshly painted façade of this hotel. The insides are in absolute shambles. From the moment you step into the lobby and then to your room, you'll be met with horrors after horrors of signs of poor maintenance and upkeep. The floors are filthy, the walls have stains all over them and everything looks like they were stuck in a time-warp circa the 90's. The stains aren't entirely limited to the corridors, mind you. In your room, you'll find that there's a permanent stain in the shower area and you'll come out of the bathroom feeling dirtier than when you got in.

Think of lying on the bed after a long day out? Think again as you'll find strange stains that will surprise you on the pillow cover, duvet and the sheets. I mean literally every pillow cover has a stain on it. How is that even possible? Beats me. The general cleanliness of this place is just the worst. It feels like they haven't vacuumed the room in months. The bath towels provided look dusty and same goes to the toilet rolls and sink area. WiFi is also virtually non-existent. The bed is hard as a rock too. I was unfortunately not given a choice in selecting this hotel but if you're reading this and have the option to choose, DO NOT stay at this hotel. The appeal of a mall just a short walking distance away is not worth sleepless nights and your health.

I wanna rate 0, no even a star!!
Travel to Seremban for a working trip, step into this hotel, front desk welcomed us with poor service and even lazy to talk! We asked where's our room, she just point our room location instead of saying it! On the bed, a hair found below our pillow! A VISIBLE black stain found on the wall! In the toilet, the sink area really disgusting (as pictures)! Check out immediately!!! I rather waste the 3d2n! It is IMPOSSIBLE to stay here more than a minute!!!

Was booked into this pathetic hotel by the company for a short business trip. The staff at the reception counter were very unhelpful and unfriendly. The room door handle was loose and helplessly taped with a transparent tape to prevent it from falling. The room amenities were minimal, you need to bring your own toothbrush. There is an ironing room at the 2nd floor as there isnt any in the individual rooms. The room phone was merely decorative as it wasnt connected to the reception albeit dialing tone. There was a function on a Sunday night with a loud band/ karaoke at the ground floor blasting till midnight.
One of the worst hotel and i certainly wont be back even if it was for a free stay. HORRIBLE!!

From arriving till check out, everything was ok. Room cleaned, basic amenities ok, breakfast good/simple except wi fi could not use (poor wi fi service).
Taxi service when asked, service fast (night). Nearby to other destination - restaurants, shopping complex (Jaya Jusco) etc.

Hi Susan, the Sutera Hotel is a budget hotel. We just checked out from Primaland Convention Centre Port Dickson, which was more expensive but in terrible conditions. So for the money we paid for Sutera Hotel which was almost 40% less from Primaland, we were happy with the conditions of the hotel. When we checked in our room, one of the windows were opened so there were lots of mosquitoes in our room. The bedsheet was acceptable but i would not say crispy clean. The hotwater in the shower was ok but most of the time we didn't use it because the weather was quite hot and humid. My kids stayed in family room with one single and a twin bed. The room was not that big. Towels were clean but not new. The rooms were a bit old. Hi It's walking distance to Aeon Shopping Centre so quite convenient. Hope the above answered some of your questions.
