Hi, myself and my wife we really enjoyed the stay at Shorea Estate. We loved the view and facility. All the meals was superb, the bbq dinner was amazing. We would recommend this stay to our circle of friends. We may come back in future. 😊
Hi , the stay was fabulous and we had great private time ... The staff were very friendly and helpful too especially Poorni ... And the room is perfect just abit hot during the day ... Perfect place for photo snapping
It's a perfect place for short getaway for couples, or with group of friends. We had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay. Rooms are really clean and the food was amazing, definitely satisfying. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended for others! 👍🏻
Hi! Thank you for the good service. We really like the environment there and the food were just too awesome! Especially the welcome drinks 🍹 is sooo nice!!! Overall is good👍🏻👍🏻 Will visit again ❤️
Was having high expectations for the 2-room pool suite with the photos (photographer’s) and the highly priced all in package. It’s turned to be very disappointing and unpleasant. 1. Check in is very unprofessional. Followed the instructions to call the GEM (guest experience manager) but it was never answered. When managed to call the resort general line, was questioned why checking in earlier with unwelcoming tone despite the earlier agreed check in time. After managed to reach the resort ourselves, the staff again was unfriendly even sneering why we’ve so many luggages. 2. Shocked to see the shabby small 2 old room suite with a tiny toilet and pool. Rooms were very dark and aircons were not functioning. Feeling a rip off for a 2k plus per night. 3. Hygiene level is very poor, with stains on the pillows and towels. Not to mention the suffocating toilet. 4. My kid stepped on a snake on the second morning inside the room! And was spotted by me too. 2 staff checked the room with loud screaming in between while we’re having breakfast upstairs. Best part is we were never updated after waiting for very long. The staff just back to their normal chores without any updates. When checking with one of them, she just claimed couldn’t find any snake and denied the screaming was from them. After insisting to cancel the second night, another man came and sprayed sulfur powder around the room. The staff told that they never have any prevention for snakes and this is the first time. 5. Managed to change to another rooms, but the snake phobia has spoilt the holiday lingering for coming days. Again, the hygiene level is poor though a much spacious ones. The outdoor plant of the toilet was uprooted poorly maintained. 6. Was expecting the GEM (as explained nicely in the pre check in instructions) to provide very personable service during our stay. Ended never greeted us in persons even during the snake incident, only when I called to complain. 7. The new rooms are attached to another part of the house and you can hear your neighbors’ noises even during midnight. The upstairs room is exposed with the outdoor lighting and very disturbing throughout the sleep. The only salvaging part is the refreshing salted water pool and the guided jungle trekking. The trekking could be quite tough for the young kids below 10 unless they’re trained up. So far the worst and lowest value holiday experienced to date. …
