Long gone were its glory days. Stayed at this hotel as there was a conference going on in the hotel. This is by far the most luxurious hotel to stay if you're at Seremban town. Probably during it's golden age this is definitely a luxurious hotel you will want to stay. Sadly, it has lost its glory days over time. The hotel is still well-maintained and decent to be fair but the decor/furniture are still stucked in the 90s - 00s. They might want to use a better pillow, my head sank all the way down as the pillow is very soft and my bed squeaks every time I turn around or get off from the bed. Might want to lighten up the room as it still seem quite dim even when all the lights are turned on. Decent to stay.

The rooms are very old and dirty. This hotel desperately need a full renovation. Check in was slow and took half an hour although the staffs were very friendly. The first room given to us was on the 3rd floor and it was terrible! Mouldy bathroom, showers, rusted mirror that stained through, green moss growing outside windows and curtains were filthy. We requested for another room which was a upgrade. Same room just on higher floor which was not much of an improvement. Still mouldy bathroom, old, but at least no mossy window and stained mirror but the door handle on the outside was broken and it was a little difficult to open the door. Really disappointed. The corridor was old and walls has scratch marks from trolleys and luggage and carpet old and filthy. They should at least give it a fresh coat of paint and change the carpets and .... well, they need to upgrade everything! Renovation is much needed!!

Booked this hotel and nothing extra to expect from my stay. I wish that the Front Office personnel could be more friendly and more attentive while attending to the guest. During my stay and since it is full house, it is quite noisy, and the mattress and pillows are not too comfy.

Check in was easy as we arrived at 1030pm. Hardly any one in line. Room had all essential facilities. Nice high ceilings gives the room a feeling of being in a larger space. There s a small coffee table with chairs and is handy when you have some packed food. Bathroom had a lot of mould and we requested for a different room. 2nd room also had the same thing so we complained. This time been given an Executive room which was much larger and facing the Seremban town view. Not sure why the under performing management did not resolve the issue. I mean dirty moulded bathroom is a health risk and people can file law suits against the management. Aircon and electrical appliances were working as expected. TV is a little outdated but works. Breakfast spread was just average. Just the basic Malaysian 3 star hotel breakfast. The pool looks nice with some nice water features but didn’t get a chance to dive in. At the very least the staff were nice and humble so no issues on customer service. Parking is free for hotel guest.

This Hotel was used to Quranten Overseas Labourers during the Covid lockdown and the rooms were trashed and never refurbished. Shameful poor Hotel Management that has no idea about the basic principles in managing the property. I had to unfortunately stay in this 'run down poorly maintained under staffed joke of a so labelled 4 star hotel'. The last 3 visits were shocking and nothing has changed to improve the guests stay. I checked in and here are the hard cold facts - 1st room - 910 Walked into a room covered in dust, filthy bed coverings, stained walls and carpets. The room reeked of cigarette smell. There was food stains on the carpet and mould in the bathroom. 2nd room - 915 Filthy sheets with blood stains. Faulty air condition unit. Windows and walls covered with dirt and stains. 3rd room - 1011 Faulty safe. Filthy carpets and food stains. The best part is - when I booked , I called the hotel KL head office and informed the manager of my previous bad experiences. I was reassured that I would be 'looked up on my new visit' and that I will be given an upgrade in good faith for my previous bad experiences - zero was received - all cheap lies. No upgrade No apologies The ultimate insult was having the Sales Manager running to me as I was checking out and heading to the airport. I basically told her not to bother with the.."I hope you will come back and stay with us and let us look after you"..... Feel free to read about my other reviews about this poorly maintained and managed hotel. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - STAY ELSEWHERE

Not a family friendly hotel.. This hotel charged if we asked for mineral water. Sadly upon our "check-out" day, I called the reception for a mineral water to be sent to my room because I want to use it to prepare my kids milk. Unfortunately it takes 4 times of me to call the reception over an over again from 8am till 11am.. Even it's charged, If the guest already agree with the price, why making sooo muchhh time to send it? Can you be more sympathetic and kind to someone who travel along with kids ?? Dear God..

Stayed for 2 nights. Check-in process was fast although I booked for 5 rooms. The rooms are not as clean as I thought would be. There is stain of coffee on the cups placement and amongst other things. Toilet/bathroom are spacious than I expected. Breakfast spread was good. I cannot forget the taste of their croissant. I went with my big family so we had fun.

Fire alarm went off non stop the whole night. Tried to call the reception and no one answered. Barely got any sleep, service was also very poor. The receptionists weren't as helpful as expected from a 5 star hotel. Definitely wouldn't come here again since i didn't get my moneys worth a 5 star visit.

Nice, comfy rooms. Breakfast spread was okay, not bad. Location wise, i think it’s located in the town (not very familiar with Seremban) but it’s easily assesible. Since we were here for work, we didn’t get to use other facilities except the hall which was nice.

Stayed for 1 night. Late checked in. Already booked online. Tq to your staff Aliff for helping me out. Giving me nice room with city view. My room is 922. Salute for all the royal chulan staff very polite. I remembered i went to the toilet lobby. There's one staff cleaning the rubbish and stop for a while welcoming me to the toilet. The lift was super fast. Not like other hotel that have to wait and wait for your turn to get. I didn't get the chance to try the breakfast coz have to rushed to a wedding ceremony. My husband did but forgot to ask hows the breakfast. The staff at the pool also very responsible. Always keep aware the safety especially the kids. I also want to express my gratitude to the front desk for understanding my situation that have to rushed back to the hotel and packed everything for checking out. Luckily they gave me some time. Tq for that. So if u have any event or business in Seremban, I highly recommended u stay here.
