It is a new hotel, near to PLUS highway.
Stayed for 3 nights in October.
Good
> Reception was ok and courteous.
> RM70 nett / per night for a room with queen bed and tv
> Bathroom works fine and clean (usually moldy for msian budget hotels)
> new hotel, quite clean (better than my experience with Tune Hotel danga bay - in my other review)
> parking is plentiful around the shop houses
> WIFI is good, although within lobby area
> There is 24hr "mamak" on the same building (their teh/kopi tarik quite good)
> Easy access from PLUS highway
> There is a TESCO 5 min drive (or walk for 10 min but the roads are very busy)
> There is a Giant/Senawang uptown (10 min drive)
Not so good
> Cash only
> WIFI only at lobby
> entry / exit from main road is a bit difficult due to small lane.

Pros:The room was clean, the bathroom was fine, the quality for the price is excellent.
Cons: Noisy music played outside until 3am (I think it's next door to a disco) and a lot of slamming doors from other hotel guest. Neither of these is the fault of the hotel, but it would be remiss of me not to warn you!

Location is convenient and easy to find, between Senawang and Rahang. Rooms and service satisfactory. Staff are efficient and accommodating. Value for price paid. Check-in time also not so rigid. Overall good place to stay.

Reception are very friendly,rooms very clean....Elegant and fresh environment.I enjoy the bed and tv 40 inches. Easy car park. High pressure hot shower. Very near to highway exit. I will come to this hotel again. 24 hours housekeeping services. Easy wifi acses. Highly Recommend to everybody.

not safe at all,
the door had only one lock,
the attached door had no lock on my side.
the window handle was broken,
all this made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
the washroom was not clean .
very sure with better maintenance all this can be fixed.

Stay for 1 night during my journey to Melaka. I've took a Family Room (1 king size bed & a single bed) for just RM135. Quite spacious for my small family. Room was clean. Basic amenities. Air-cond & water heater works well.. Nice 40" LCD TV but limited channel.. No movie, sports or cartoon. I can't use the free wifi service..
Anyway, its a good hotel for a short stay during your journey through PLUS Highway.. Restoran Ali Osman Mamak is just downstair for your breakfast or late nite supper
