This hotel is attach to a shopping center named palm mall.
Hotel is mainly design for business but hey who really cares.. I felt that this hotel is good enough for everyone.
Stayed there for 2 night with 20 friends and hotel staff are so friendly. Bell boy always puts a smile when we return to hotel.

Rooms are big and clean. 4 Pillows are given for every bed and they are really comfortable.

Toilet are clean with great shower head . Water pressure is good too.

7-11 is just down the road a few meters away.
There are so many to eat around this area. All is within walking distance .
Coffeeshops / roti prata stores .
In the morning , the coffeeshop oppsite have great prawn mee and wanton mee.

Hotel breakfast have great nasi lemak with chili, along with beef bacon n hotdog.

Shopping have all u need here.
From Giant / movie / many resturant and shop but not all are fully open yet.

Overall a nice stay.
And
Of cos, I will stay again !

We usually stay at The Royale Chulan in Seremban but decided to give The Palm a try. Its fairly new but has aged quickly. The aircon was noisy and the shower in the bathroom had water coming through the ceiling. I feel its popular as its on top of a mall, however even the mall is not doing so well.

For me, The Royale Chulan is still the best in Seremban. Stay at the Palm if cheaper and want to be close to food.

Was here on a business trip and landed myself in this hotel as it was attached to a mall. Convenience matters most whenever I was on business travel. The hotel lobby was at the ground floor, next to the mall entrance. The decor was questionable and a little too much if you asked me. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Got a room with a decent view of the surrounding. The room was of good size and generally clean in most aspects. The furnishing was a little dated and tired but that was ok. The air conditioner worked very well and that was really important to battle the hot and humid weather outside. Breakfast the next day was lovely. Wasn't really expecting much but it was a nice surprise to see the quality and spread of the buffet. Nicely done guys!

Overall, I had a very good stay and as a solo traveller, I really appreciated the mall that it was attached to. Did some light shopping on necessities and had my dinner there. The two main setbacks of this hotel would be the parking which is shared with the mall and the "health centre" which drew in a fair share of questionable characters into the hotel premise.

Was there for three nights. When checking my non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and cigarettes lying around in the bathroom and toilet. The toilet was filthy with urine everywhere. With 20 years of travelling in never ever experienced this before. I highlighted to staff. Next day my room was hardly cleaned again. Cigarette butts and toilet remained as filthy as ever. Towels stained. I went a third time to now talk to the manager and got finally resolved, however the flow remained full of urine stain.
Breakfast: coffee completely diluted and not drinkable, one machine only had hot water in them. When highlighted, no one seemed to care. I then left.

No apologies , no effort to make it right.

Unfortunately not many alternatives in the region, however if u find one, take it.

This is not a 5 star resort it is a working city centre hotel - The price is good, the rooms are nice big but not lavish, the restaurant is adequate, room service is good. It's a plus that it is (in effect) part of a shopping mall so stops and restaurants and coffee shops a plenty...

However, what sets this hotel apart from other properties (like the Bintang) is the managers and staffs willingness to go that little bit further to do that little bit more to welcome and accommodate guests.

I AM hard to please, but have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

What's best about the hotel is its big comfortable beds and pillows. We booked for 2 rooms of twin bedders for us group of 5 and I have to admit it could have housed 8 and we still would have been comfortable! We got a room at the higher floor so we had a good view of the highlands around Seremban. As its Chinese New Year long weekend, we get to see fireworks from the residents right there at our room! Oh and the chambermaids are the best. They were neat freaks I suppose, because when we came back from our day trips they arranged our toiletries beautifully and at an inch apart.

It's great that its right in the mall so we had things to do (complete with cinema and bookshop though the spa didnt quite open just yet) and places to eat (Seoul Garden, Baskins Robbins, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Nandos' just to name a few of the familiar brands) in case we get bored. It helps too that the mamak (coffeeshop) stall just across the road opens for 23 hours (yes 23 not 24! I guess an hour's power nap is all they need :)).

Still on food, I have to say the breakfast spread is the most impressive! Not just that it's got a huge array of food of both Asian and Western, it's also delicious! Try the rendang if you like a heavy breakfast!

Stayed at this hotel for few days. The room was great n spacious. Breakfast also quite delicious. One thing that heated me was about the restaurant staff. All other staff is very kind and helpful, but there is one staff (the waitress-India woman) that really pissed me off!
Last time I took my last 3 pcs of breads from my plate to bring it upstair because my stomach was hurt and it's really bothering me to go down again to finish my eat, and he yelled at me like I am a thief! And the next day she always stared at me like I'm a thief whenever I'm around at the restaurant and not nice to me n family! Not helping me when I need some help and passes it to another staff! Really pissed me off!

Stayed at the Palms for 3 nights as we were attending a wedding in the area. The neighbourhood of the hotel has a very "local" feel. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff were well trained and efficient. The hotel really has no amenities though in the way of a pool, sauna or gym. There is a great gym in the attached shopping centre you can pay for a day visit, though at $75 ringit a visit, its relatively over-priced, considering that is probably more than the weekly membership fee. There is also a massage facility on the 5th floor, where I visited with my wife, as she was in need of a massage after a long flight. This business is located in the hotel, but not run by the hotel. It didn't take long to realise they did not get many female customers and were offering a lot of extra services. They didn't even have a price list for different massage types, and the tattooed concierge insisted on calling me "boss".

That aside though, the best thing about the hotel is that it is connected to a modern shopping mall that seemed very cheap when compared to Western prices. It also has a modern cinema complex, a lot of choices for dining and a taxi rank at the front door in case you want to explore the area, or get to the airport. Overall, considering the price and standard of the rooms, I would recommend this hotel, if you are staying in the area for a few days, though you are unlikely to see many other foreign tourists or around. The area felt very safe and hospitable though.

The room was really worth the price. It was a very big room but kinda dusty. Staff was helpful and friendly. There are a lot amenities nearby if u want to do some shopping or find eat something out of the hotel. Do note that the shops close early during weekdays. Buffet breakfast was limited on Saturday but quite a spread on Sunday. Not sure why is there a difference. Overall a great stay!

Stayed one night on 17/10 due to attending a wedding dinner in Regent Hall Restaurant, about 5 mins drive from the hotel. Location of the hotel is just about 5 mins from the Seremban exit of north-south highway. The hotel is connected to Palm Mall, however they just have a small reception lobby next to the mall entrance. The security guard infront the main entrance is very helpful, he guided me to temporary park at the special designated bay for check in purpose and than guided me all the way up to 5th floor for the hotel parking as there is 2 parking entrance. Thumbs up for the security guard👍. Parking is free but need to endorse the parking ticket at the reception before exit the parking. The room is very spacious with 2 double beds for the deluxe room, but the house keeping need to take note on the cleanliness of the bed sheet as we found some stain on it. Room is more than a basic room, fitted with all the necessary i.e hair dryer, iron/board, mini fridge and safe box. It's really worth for the price paid.
