The hotel is well located in a central location where have the easy access to everything from shops, market, restaurants and just a half an hour drive to the famous Sg. Palas Tea factory and many other tourists attraction. Nice and clean room. Friendly staff and simple but good breakfast.
Actually me, my wife Ruth and son John Paul went to visit my 88 year old brother in law who was very sick and my 85 year old eldest sister whom we have not visited for a long time. We we so happy that my eldest brother late Ilanchellians daughters Elambharathy and Shanthi, late elder brother Mark Ponnudurai's son Arivindran and younger brother's daughter Malar joined us later on. My sister and brother-in-law were so very happy and delighted. I cooked special spicy mutton curry for them. They enjoyed very much. It was a blessing in disguise that we made it and thanks a lot to my son John Paul who took care of my wife 76 and me 77. We thank God for his blessings our safety.

I have spend a short 1 day trip with my family. The overall experience experience is alright. You pay what you get. Location wise was strategic, but you need find you own spot of parking ( paid coupon parking but not too difficult to find a parking spot) If your room facing the backyard be prepared to hear the sound of exhaust fan from the restaurant. Perhaps an upgraded renovation can be done, I believe people would not mind to pay extra for the location. Anywhere my kid enjoy the stay due to chill weather.

I have email for baby cot before check in. Remind them again upon check in. Waited. Called housekeeping, speak in Malay which I do not understand and she hanged up my call. Waited. Went to counter for request again. Waited. Went to counter to request again. Waited and came at last. The baby cot is in the storeroom which is directly opposite our room. The blanket given with the baby cot is dirty patches which looks like have not wash for ages so I just damp it into the cupboard and dare not touch it again. I have read the review here and request room away from the main road due to noise as I have 2 children travelling with me but was given room beside the side of the road. We are unable to sleep due to the noise till very late and was waken up slightly before 6am as the rubbish chute is right below our room and the truck is there to collect rubbish at this hour. My room number is C3. I do not see that there is a full occupancy and was allocated with noisy room when I have already informed them I have 2 small kids travelling with me. There is strong cigarette smell throughout our stay. We have to pay for the wifi and parking lot is limited around 12 lots I think.

I stayed here for 1 night on 30/7/2014 for a short gateway at Cameron Highlands. I am travelling with my husband and our 3 year old son. Before this, we stayed in Equatorial Hotel up in Kea Farm. But it is boring during the night since the hustle and bustle activities are down in Brinchang. So, for this trip, we opted to stay in Brinchang. Check in was smooth, the staff is friendly. The rooms is a little small but we can live with that. The drawback is limited channel on TV. The parking also can be a major hassle if you are travelling by car. My tip is to check in before night so there are few spots in front of hotel where you can squeeze your car into. The night is the best time where you can walk on foot to Pasar Malam / Night Market (weekends and holidays only). Lots of fruit and vegetable to choose from.

The breakfast is delicious, in my opinion. But of course, the taste buds is very subjective.

This is a special review as we didn't actually stayed in the hotel. But the hotel staff was so helpful that I feel they deserve an appreciation :)

We were tourists staying in Tanah Rata and we went out looking for dinner in Brinchang area. Apparently after 8pm, hardly any taxi is operational in the area so we couldn't go back to our hotel. Desperate for help, we went to Rosa Passadena Hotel, which was conviently located near Brinchang market and looked like a credible hotel (most of the hotels were small and unconvincing). So we asked the receptionist if they could help call a taxi for us. Knowing the fact that we were guests of another hotel, they still helped us make the call. I find it as a very humanely gesture and it shows that if they can offer great service to strangers, they would certainly serve their guests well :)

We spent two nights in Cameron and decide to check out this hotel as it is in the centre of town. However our experience has been a disaster. The room we stay was D10. It is moldy and cobwebs on the window. Pillow sticks. Even though we informed the cleaners, they made no effort to rectify it. The toilet has foul smell.

The hotel is located next to the mosque. This means at 5:30 in the morning you can hear them praying clearly. Since it is in the centre of town with the window open (room has no aircond), you hear all the noise from the street.

My extended family stayed in this hotel over 27-29 Dec 2010. Out look of the building is pretty nice, but once you walked in the entrance, whatever good opinion you may have on this property is VANISHED ! A weird smell welcomes you, the moment you step into the reception. Something really needs to be done abouit the ventilation !!

The lifts, rooms, common areas & for that matter the whole hotel interior have surely seen better days - truely in need of a big big over-haul !.

It is really an enormous waste & disgrace to this hotel's perfect location in Brinchang !!! If not for the perfect location, I would have rated this property ZERO. Bet you wouldn't get anything worst if you choose any nearby options.

My family and I would like to stay for 3 days and 2 nights but after 1 night we left.
On the first night, we were disturbed by a phone call finding prostitutes followed by sounds of knocking at the front door and making silly sounds. We called up the receptionist twice due to the problem. We wonder how other people can phone up to the room and find us in our rooms. Is there no security in this hotel?
