Please do not stay in this hotel if you are with Family and Kids. Horrible dirty room with linens never changed. Room full of sands and dust also hairs. Bathroom has a huge hole above the shower area. Scary as well. Water heater only can use for 1 person bath. N you have to wait for 1hour for 2nd person to take bath. Spoiled our holiday and mood. Room was not as what we have seen in the net. Housekeeping staff are outsource but very rude and cleanliness of the rooms wasnt been maintained at all!! Keep saying "Tak Tau" same goes to Reception Malay Lady. No smile nor assistance when we complaint about the room cleanliness. Requested to cancel our booking but didnt helped at all. Breakfast was horrible , TEH O + NASI LEMAK????? The only breakfast they provide. This hotel can consider as cheap budget hotel. MANAGEMENT / OWNER of this HOTEL pls consider your rate and cleanliness. Dont give used Linens to NEW GUEST. Especially the room should been sanitize.. but end up i buy my own sanitizer to spray the room and bathroom.

The apartment that I stayed comes with 3 rooms which accommodate up to 7 people comfortably. The area of living hall combined with kitchen was so huge and spacious.

The location of the apartment was quite strategic as there’s a 7-eleven and restaurants nearby (walking distance).

Breakfast was good as its a buffet style meal that comes with various options such as nasi lemak, fried noodles, bread, tea, coffee and etc. However, the food was cold probably due to the cold weather and there’s no heater beneath the food trays.

The toilet and the shower were separate areas but too small. The water heater never worked well even though we followed the instructions accordingly. There’s no toilet paper in the toilet and we had to request twice to get it. On top of that, there’s no WiFi in the apartment (only hotel comes with WiFi).

One of the room (room 1) was so smelly that none of us slept there. There’s no mirror in any of the rooms except for the area in between the toilet and the shower. Overall, I would probably look for some other stay for my upcoming trip to Cameron Highlands.

Not much to expect from hotels in Cameron Highlands. For me this hotel is quite okay, new and easy access. Located in Brinchang. Breakfast was very little, not so much choices, but when I think about it, the hotel was very cheap. So overall was just okay.

Nice stay. It's a new hotel (as of March 2017). Quiet but secluded. Breakfast included (that was what we got) and a small cafe at this hotel but it's not 24 hours, so take note.

7-11 and walking distance to restaurants and a small night market.

Further outside (5 mins), there are lots of eateries, simple shopping etc.

Cameron Highland is in two parts and this hotel is in Brinchang, 8kms from Tanah Rata where bus station is situated. Location of hotel is very prominent, next to 7ELEVEn and so many restaurants of several cusines are here. 5 mins walk to strawberry farm and 2 min walk to taxi stand.
Staff is very polite, especially the manager Azili who wants your stay to be as comfortable as possible.
There are two receptionists, one is Miko and other is Yogeshwari, Miko is helpful and very friendly but you cannot be sure about Yogeshwari. I asked Yogeshwari that I wanted to go to Mossy forest and she arranged her friend's a private taxi to take me to Mossy for one side as I wanted to come back trekking. He charged me 130 Ringget for one side, but the actual fixed charge is 80 Ringget for both the side. He thugged me 50 Ringget extra. And when I complained about it to Yogeshwari, she said "what can I do? It's between you and him"
Actually she set me up, so 1 deducted 1 star.
Rest everything is fine with this hotel.

It was horrible! Please avoid this hotel at all cost!

When I first went into the room, I noticed that the complimentary bottle of water was half empty!

There was no toilet roll in the bathroom.

Hot water in the shower was not working.

Sheets were stained.

Towels were stained too.

Spotted some creepy crawlies on the bed!

There was no hair dryer as stated in our booking and confirmation slip.

The TV volumes goes full blast on its own at times..... And it can even mute on its on..... FREAKY

We booked for 3 nights ended up staying 2... we arrived at 3h00 and all the staff were chilling (ie not working).. they told us that the room wasnt ready yet and had to wait.. did'nt take very long about 15 minutes but when we got to the room it was still dirty with dirty towels and hairs in the bathroom. Bed was not comfortable. The staff was nice and helped us plan things out. Breakfast was not good. Instant noodle with bread wrapped sausages..
