The MYR68 bucks for one night stay really attracted us to stay here, twice! The other hotels around cost 98bucks minimum and since we just wanted a place to sleep in, we dont want to spend extras on accommodations. Most guests who stayed here are families with kids, I guess its because of the cheap rate and big room. The room is really dated with old mattress but bathroom is clean although a bit old-looking. Yet our stay were always disturbed by the noisy guests with kids running up and down. I would think that its the walls problem and the floor not carpeted causing the rooms to be not sound proof. The reception staff were nevertheless friendly and helpful.

During our recent stay the hotel is undergoing major renovation and the reception will be moved to downstairs instead of walking thru the narrow side staircase to get into the 2nd floor.

I hope its really good news as long as they dont increase the rate too much, I will definitely stay again if the rates is still low.

It's a convenient, budget hotel- nothing fancy,no frills. Our room was bigger than the average double room,LCD TV,kettle(no coffee or tea satchets though),no breakfast provided,2 towels,2 small soaps, clean sheets, ventilated. Bathroom was big,hot water good. Front office staff were responsive, spoke basic english. We requested them for tour to Tea plantation, mossy forest, waterfalls. They enrolled us with Hilltop Tours who did a good job bringing us around the places we requested. Around the hotel, there are restaurants, convenience stores, taxi stand, night market and Hindu temple is 10 mins away. What more could one ask for? Choose room on higher floor and not in front side to avoid noise from the road. There is a steamboat diner too nearby, can taste local cuisine. We enjoyed our visit.

We stayed there for 2 nights. All the rooms has basic facilities. They do have electric kettle and heater. The hotel is located in Brinchang which is just 2 minutes walk to the night market. The hotel is surrounded by some restaurants and attractions. A good place to stay, where the rooms was good and comfortable with the reasonable price.

I booked this hotel directly from its' website http://hoteljasmine.cameron.com.my/. Miss Shamla was very friendly and helpful when entertained my inquiry over the phone with regards of our room booking etc. We (4 of us) stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during the long weekend holiday (Malaysia day). This hotel does not provided breakfast but there is no problem to get breakfast from the shops nearby the hotel.

The hotel location is very strategic and it is just a few minutes walking distance to the Brinchang famous and busiest night market.

The checkin process was smooth and the staff were very friendly too. Since we need to shift to a different room on our 2nd night stay, the staff were very helpful to provide us two lockers to keep our luggages safe. This helped us to feel as ease when we did our 1 full day tour at Cameron Highlands.

There is kettle provided in the room but no coffee/tea. There is no fan or airconditioning in the room but the fresh cool air (natural airconditing) at Cameron Highlands is cool enough for us.

Cameron Highlands is a very popular holiday distination for Malaysian especially during the long weekend and public holidays, and will be very very packed during this period. Please make sure that you book your hotel in advance to avoid dissappointment as the hotels are always fully-booked during weekend and public holidays. Please take note that the room rate during weekends/holidyas are higher too as compared to week days.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Jasmine Hotel and will stay here again!

I will not recommend this Hotel to any one. I have booked a quad room (expecting there will be adequate space for four adults) I think they have converted a single room in to a quad room by placing 2 double beds. No space to put your bags even let alone move around the room. Just crammed and stuck in the room. Hotel is midst of the market, hence very noisy during any time of the day. I have chosen this hotel based on reviews and availability of a lift, Am not sure if other hotels have this facility, but proven to be wrong. Not worth the money spend for a quad room. I hope hotel management will seriously consider rearranging their room lay outs otherwise it is called cheating the customers. No breakfast in the hotel, there are many restaurants around. Wi-Fi is OK. Bathroom is all in one, not even a shower curtain to separate. Hot water is non existent. Very bad !

Location is great, parking is not great. Front desk is great. The hotel towels are the worst, its smells, i mean really smells, please bring your own towels if you plan to stay here. Room is spacious. Probably we wouldn't consider staying here aging, given that Cameron Highlands has tons of hotels.

The room, location was good and worth your money, but their services was bad!! While we want to check out from this hotel, suddenly their room cleaner told their cashier that the carpet in our room has iron trace which mean we have to pay RM50 for the damage. We told them that we are not ironing our cloth on their carpet and I refuse to pay for the thing we don't do. Their manager also force us to pay . Then my husband and I walk out from that worst hotel ever. Luckly we pay for hotel accommodation early. I told my husband that I will never go to this hotel anymore..and if you want to go this hotel, must have take a picture of their carpet so that they cant accused you for the damage carpet.
