My family of 3 stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Check-in was a breeze. Hotel is a little dated especially the carpet. Hot water supply is erratic, the shower is missing the door and one end of the retractable clothesline is missing. The strainer in the washbasin is missing too and choked, I had to clear with lots of hot...

Get to stay in this hotel for free 3 days 2 nights from some Rewards program. Checked-in at 5pm and completed the registration within 10mins. Great location to access sightseeing and 10mins walking distance to Kea Farm market. However, I had faced the power trip at least 3 times (whole level) and this is unacceptable for 4 stars hotel. Maybe...

A cozy hotel with spacious rooms, the staff friendly and helpful and take appropriate action upon receiving complaints. The breakfast was delicious, varied and constantly replenished. The interior decoration is quite interesting and simple. Despite being in the cool highlands, this hotel provides an indoor pool and a warm water temperature. I really liked this hotel and plan to return...

Check in time was 3 pm. But we reached around 4 30 pm. And yet, we were made to wait another half an hour (after a long trip) because they were making the room "ready". When we got to the room, it was stinking, unclean and worn down. The toilet did not flush and WE HAD TO REPAIR THE FLUSH...

We stayed at 2 bedroom apartment W19-428 for 2 nights from 16-18 March 17. The building and facilities were little old but still comfortable. The only disappointment was the Low water pressure for shower that caused us approx 30mins shower time each in temperature 18-20'C. It's a not so nice experience for my children. Receptionist was attentive and the breakfast...

The good: - nice location - it's part of a chain, you know more or less what to expect - clean - spacious rooms - good location with a small mall just next door The bad - check in time is 3 pm. We got there at 3.45 and room was not ready. Had to wait till 4+ for our...

My family of three stayed on the 10th floor for two nights. At first our room faced a badly defaced mountain slope and we requested for a change when the room opposite ours became available. It was a wise choice as the view from this side of the hotel was much better. The buffet breakfast was good and we could...

Large and comfortable room overlooking the devastated landscape that is now the Cameron Highlands. For a hotel with these pretensions some things were odd: No hand towels and one small bar of soap between a couple per night No filter coffee in the otherwise good breakfast buffet - only Nescafe Cannot get beer in the main restaurant - but you...

Stayed 2 nights on a weekend. Hotel seems like getting lack of maintenance. Toilet seat cover water not working properly. Shower water not that cold. Only pros is one of the proper hotel up there with cheap rates. Please check room 814 as to proof of what I'm telling.
