Went there at June of last year. The first room which we checked in was way down the hill. Our balcony had a view of the nearby construction and vegetation. There were dead bugs at the corner of the room and it's too far from the hotel desk. The bathroom door will open if there is wind and if locked...

I stayed on 28/02/16 and it was my first time coming here and the room was so cold. Wow ! Higher floor with balcony ? 1320 . Thanks to Mr Adam, your friendly staff who assist me upon checking in and i've been given such a great room with a great view.

I stayed on 5.3.2016 in the superior room. The room is very spacious but the carpet is too old need to be vacumed. I was very dissapointed because no hot water in the bathroom... Wifi was ok, room was very cozy no need a fan. Bfast was good. Not up to 4 star.

I'm writing this at copthorne's lobby. The hotel was like hell. The carpet and the room was too old and smell stinky. Breakfast average. Reception was too slow. I've waited about an hour to get a room. And now the queue is too long for checkout. Please train your staff to be more efficient. I will not come here again.

This hotel is on the edge of Brinchang. You would need transport to see the sights around the Highlands, but in saying that, most attractions are spread around. It is an older style hotel with an impressive lobby. Check in was easy and our luggage was taken to our room. We are travelling on a motorbike and we were allowed...

Copthorne Hotel is the new name given to this hotel under the new management. They still maintain the original concept and uniqueness with a beautiful scenery. The location of the hotel used to be very interesting because it is located on a hill. However, the situation now has changed. Access to the hotel is very busy and its difficult for...

The price was Rm 50. It was a BBQ buffet. I have gone to a lot of BBQ buffes and this was the worst of them all. I frankly expected alot better. The food was tastless. The hotel staff was ver rude, i would never ever go back to this hotel.
