First, the junction to this hotel can be easily missed. There is no proper road sign that indicates the hotel entrance. When we arrived in the hotel compound, we wasted 15 minutes just to find the reception desk. Overall the facilities are quite complete, with restaurants, swimming pools, etc. However, the place really needs some renovation. We stayed in a...

Me and my friend are given a pretty small room. That would've been ok if the beds weren't littered with red ants. I complained to staff but they did nothing about it, they just told me to "swipe the ants off the bed". One of my other friends(in another room) even found a worm in their toilet!

Nothing special about this hotel, it is fine when you do not have a high expectations. Hotel service is ok, but breakfast is lousy. The location is very far from town center and I don't think that I will come back again.

Against my better judgement, I booked this as a stop over on the way to Taman Negara. It was cheap - perhaps too cheap, but booking.com rated it as 3 stars (I will be taking that up with them). But then, I thought perhaps as this was more off the beaten track, the cost was normal. To be fair, we...

We booked this hotel as our base camp to start the jungle trekking of Taman Negara last month when we (family of 4 - sister n brothers) went to Malaysia for holidays and it was wonderful experience. We booked a Standard Chalet with no meal option and stay was quite comfortable according to the location as it is a small...

Value for money. Nice n clean swimming pool. Room to room noise disturbances is below average. Can hear noises from next room. Poor sound insulation. Overall, nice and quiet place to relax. Good and clean Chinese Halal restaurant. Close to town and a perfect place for family retreat. With a Helipad and were surprised to see a Helicoptor landing on...

Good place to stay in between Kuala Lumpur and Taman Negara. And visit the Elephant Sanctuary on your way! The place has an hotel and lodges. I think you better take the hotel, also when you are traveling with a family, because they've got excellent connected rooms, some even with a balcony. I only had a look at the lodges,...

We booked online for twee days as a stop over from kuatan to KL. Worst thing I could have done. First of all the hotel sign looks like a road sign so the driver kept in missing the entrance. We finally got to the reception and were shown our chalet up the hill. It was like 40 meters up a...
