Stayed in two types of accommodation at this "resort" located some ten minutes out of Kuantan town but has a beach nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating but the rooms and curtains and curtain rails could do with a fair bit of cleaning. The basin in my room was choked and the maintenance staff had to be called in. The ventilation in the ante room of the family unit was not at all effective as it was dependent on the air conditioning in main bedroom and had only a ceiling fan to spin the air around. What you see in the photos about the rooms and swimming pool in its website is not what you are gonna get.

worst & run down hotel compared to the photo that they shown us,there was a great difference,the rooms looks dirty & poor.yet need RM100 for deposit,I suppose the furniture & etc of this hotel was not maintain since the day they started their business. Hurt our fingers whenever we open or close the door of the washroom because of the door knob position .Would not recommend for anybody. Unfriendly attitude of staffs .

A very run down resort. Room size is big, but the quality of bed and pillow are very poor, like had been used for many many decade. Water leaking in the toilet and no water supply for whole night. Toilet tile are yellowish in colour. The minibar table is the worst! Haven't been cleaned ever! TV reception is poor, not clear for most of the channel. Swimming pool is lousy.
Only best part is walking distance to the beach. The beach is really beautiful.
