Overall it's a 5-star hotel with wonderful scenery as its just next to the sea. Except the F&B is a let down for that price tag. The breakfast buffet at Kampung Restaurant need more improvement for that price tag. Omelette is watery, groundnut at porridge section is most likely left overs because it's a bit mushy. Salad is dry without the dressings, where are the dressings? Rendang chicken abit too dry.

The hotel is located near teluk Cempedak beach. The hotel view was spectacular and there are a few restaurant near the hotel. There is two swimming pools for the guest to choose. The food at Italian Bistro is delicious especially the steak. I have counter few issue during my stay however it has been resolved efficiently by the hotel staff. Overall enjoyable stay.

An excellent resort by the beach and my 2nd visit since September 2022. I like the privacy and the view of the sea from my room. In addition, there are several restaurants nearby, such as Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC, etc., and at night you can watch fire breathers and artist performing. I highly recommend it.

Team at Hyatt Regency were friendly, helpful and fantastic! Room were clean and comfortable. Really had a great time staying here and will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Checked in here for 2 nights for my partner's birthday getaway and we had a great time!

We like this resort very much due to the environment and services. Food for the meal and also breakfast buffet are delicious and many options to choose. My kids are enjoying their holidays at the beach also. Definitely will go again to have peace of mind and relax.

The location was at the beachfront and really convenient! Amenities were in good condition. The views of the beach from the property were amazing too. We enjoyed the fireshow at the dinner buffet and the fireworks show from our balcony. The staff were phenomenal. They were really welcoming, helpful and friendly, and the service was the cherry on top for our trip! Thank you!

Everything is good, just the check in process.My room not ready yet even it was 3.30. I had to go to the counter to ask for my room few times even the staff name aishah promise to inform me when the room is ready.I expect more then check in at 4pm from a 5 star hotel. Staff is very friendly. Vibe is amazing.
