The room was clean, doesn't smell and the air conditioning works The food has variety and ample. The place has good ambience and clean. Facilities like swimming pool is clean and well managed. The beach is right beyond the swimming pool area.

The food is delicious and fresh, I especially like the steamed chicken feet, and the bamboo charcoal egg tarts. The waiters are very friendly and the environment is beautiful. But I think the only thing that needs to be improved is the chili sauce, which is neither spicy nor fragrant.

Im so dissappointed with the swiss garden beach resort kuantan management, i’ve checked in at 11.02.2023 room 8280 with a vallet parking at the lobby area. Things that really frustrated me is at that night there was a function at lobby. Unexpectedly the management allowed the organizer to grill nearby my car!! Due to this my whole car was covered by oil marks from the grilling. What surprised me, the valet told me that they had been instructed by the manager to wipe my car with a cloth without my consent. I have done paint coating on my car at a price of almost 3k at Regal Vallet Jalan Damansara!! I am very surprised how swiss garden can appoint such a person to be a manager. This manager did not even come to my room to apologize for his stupidity. It is very disappointing when so-called exclusive hotel has the mentality of a cheap motel.…

Check in on 27 - 29 Dec 2022. Family room for RM820++ per night but get garden view. Not worth it. Nevertheless front desk, reception and food are okay. service is ok but cant makeup for the expensive room, for the same price i can get 5star room in penang.

Very good stay with good facilities ( large swimming pool and direct access to beach). Friendly and helpful staffs. Easy to find local food outside hotel. Price fairly good with discount. Overall very nice stay.

I booked a premier deluxe king room and I was surprised while I stepped in to the room. What an amazing view towards the South China sea. A bigger balcony and a spacious bathroom is amazing. My overall expectation went above and beyond. Breakfast could have include more international varieties.

Nice resort hotel. Price reasonable RM 738 for 1 king and 2 singles with good room condition, beautiful breezy beach, big swimming pool with kids slide and accessible to food stall outside. Will come again next time
