Overall room was small, no hanger, no coffee, no curtain in bathroom to separate the wet and dry area, compare to others hotels which about the same rates you can get more facility. WIFI signal was very low and slow. Hotel located in town area, 5 minutes walk to Megamall, hotel same roll was a 7 eleven, you can easily buy food at night if you want.

booked this room for an overnight stay via booking.com, just one day before staying at the hotel. stayed with my husband. we checked in quite late, at about 8PM++. There was no designated parking area for the hotel (public carpark). however, there was plenty parking space when we reached the hotel and could park near to the entrance. It was not that bad since it was weekend. Might be an issue if come during weekdays, as the hotel is located at shops/ office lot. Check-in was fast. room and bathroom was very clean. Looks new (later, i heard from local ppl there that the hotel was just being renovated). Like other reviewer mentioned, there was no kettle or similar facilities in the room. Checked out was smooth too. The hotel could be better if they paid more attention to details like providing shower curtain, coffee/ tea making facilities. Anyhow, the room was ok. suitable for budget stay. this is sorta like a B&B without the breakfast.

The room looks a little old and this hotel lacks certain amenities. Nevertheless, the bed was good and clean, there is hot water and air-con were functioning as normal. Carpark was limited but staff were polite to inform me about the parking rules.

This is a place where you pay to have the basic amenties only. It is not flashy but it does it's job as a comfortable place to sleep for the night.

Agreed with what Gohty said. Small room, no coffee maker, no hanger and no seperation betweeen shower area and toilet. You'll get all area wet when shower. I was forced to stay at this hotel due to most of other hotels was full during my stayed last week. The most stupid at all was their writing desk (if you would call it) with the size of 2ft long and 1ft wide sticked on the wall. Only can place your laptop. The chair provided is weird type of the chair. You will usually found this kind of chair at old coffee shop, the wooden with small round surface chair. I have to cover with pillow otherwise your but will numb in matter of minutes sitting on it.

Those who driving please note that the hotel has no parking at all. You have to wake up early to buy a parking ticket at reception counter then place on your car dashboard to avoid getting summons by city council

The rate I paid at RM98 without breakfast but you find other hotels with the same price with breakfast.

Our first time at Signature hotel. Last weekend, we a group of 3 families arrived in kuantan for short getaway with 2 cars. Basically the hotel is good for short stay. The basics things are provided. The reception is friendly. I have to wait for almost one hour for my room since it is not ready yet when we arrived at 4 pm on friday. Other 2 room was ready on time. The room we stayed has 2 single bed with good mattress. Room is clean. Has flat tv and good air cond. The toilet is clean. But no hangers to hang our clothes although there is a small closet. No kettle. Only 2 bottle water provided. Wifi is very poor. NO breakfast but you can easily get local breakfast at Tanjung Lumpur. The hotel situated at the town. Since my room is facing the main road, it is quite noisy when you are trying to sleep at night.
The bad side of this hotel is that parking space shared with other rows of shop houses. Public parking. Difficult to get empty parking spot. My car got a long long deep scratch from the back up to the front. Done by a crazy citizen of Kuantan who has a habit scratching other people's car.Told the hotel staff about it and was told that they did make security rounds at night. Looks like their security people sucks big time. I am really angry and feels what a waste coming for a holiday in Kuantan. The hotel staff told me that there are 2 same case happened before we arrived. It seems that the management not bothered to take action to prevent this matter from happenig again.
To me Kuantan is not the place I used to like. Town area and Teluk Chempedak too crowded. Traffic really bad. Been here few times but now I dont think I will be back to this part of city and also NO return to this SIGNATURE hotel. Better pay more for a hotel with their own parking area. This is an expensive lesson for me. No budget hotel with public parking ever again.

Well for the price we paid, I guess I should not have had any expectations but at least the bathroom should be clean. Instead the wls are covered with black stains in the cracks of the tiles, the shower glass, sink and toilet seat even floor are stained whi h is very disgusting. There were enough space for clothes. At night we saw a bany cockroach. Really could not wait to leave the hotel.

We stayed for a night just for quick stop before continuing our journey to Kemaman, Terengganu. Arrived quite late (1.30AM) and exhausted due to long drive from Selangor and it was a working day. Not putting our expectation so high (budget hotel) but we were surprised by the hotel cleanliness, room and amenities. Despite the ungodly hours, the receptionist greeted us with a smile and provided us useful information e.g we need to buy parking tickets even on Saturdays. That is not a big deal at all since there was a 7 eleven conveniently located same row as the hotel. Our room is quite small but comfortable. The aircond and TV works just find. Good water pressure and the long windows makes the room less stuffy and provides good view too. Overall it was a comfortable stay for a very minimum cost!

A comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price of around USD30 per night. The rooms are refreshing with clean toilets, comfortable bed, adequate facilities of basic amenities 9Shower gel, shampoo, TV and clean floors). The hotel is located near a shopping mall within walking distance, and there are restaurants. convenience store nearby. The only hitch is that drinking water/hot water has to be obtained from a water dispenser outside the room, along the corridor of the floor.

Arrived late night at 11 pm. Breeze check in as I booked using Agoda. Bedsheet was full with stain. Complained to the front desk and asked for room replacement but she said that it had been sent to the laundry but the stain marks on it cannot be removed. I tried to smell it and yes it had been cleaned. The girl said that if I changed the room, it will be the same. She also told me that I was not the only one who complained. The hotel should change their laundry service provider.
