Went for business meeting. Paid my room for RM 80. Room is basic and liveable. My ONLY COMPLAINT is hotel guests not respecting the hotel rules. Early in the morning, i was woken up by cigarette fume from the exhaust ventilation system. It was so strong and made my room stuffy. I called the hotel reception but they couldn't detect from which room the cigarette fume came from.

Room aged, but thankfully clean (bed, linen, towel) however 2 things not working (English channel no voice, bed light fell off). Gotta pay for window looking out to street or hills. Breakfast so so but enough for me. Eateries outside on the street. Basement parking but didn't see any guards. 6km from kuantan city by the river.

A family's friend did their wedding reception here. So he booked us a room since we're coming from KL. The room was okey for 2 adults and 1 toddler. nothing much in the room, but the room was clean. The breakfast buffet was quite okay. And the food during the reception was also okay for our liking.

Good points - Clean room. Clean bathroom. Bed was comfy. Bedsheets was nice and clean. Bath towels were clean and fluffy. Plenty of lifts. Shower was hot. Breakfast buffet was expected for the price paid. Bad points - Room was small. Had a full length window facing another block of rooms. Unable to open the glass window. Aircon was not cold - woke up a few times feeling hot. Unable to control the aircon. Bath mat was not provided. Carpet in the corridor outside looks like it has not been vacuumed for months. Keycard was a bit difficult to work - had to keep swiping it to open the door.

The friendly front desk staff had already prepared my documents before i arrived, so that saved us unnecessary time as we were already running late for a wedding. And the complimentary brownies served to incoming guests were mouthwatering. We cheekily asked for extras during checkout, and the staff obliged with a smile. My only complaint is about breakfast. The little packets of butter, which are so commonly found at any breakfast buffet, were surprisingly missing.

Firstly, this hotel have spacious of parking space. No one should worry on where to park theirs vehicles. Secondly, it is convenient because it is near to restaurants and even small hypermarket (opposite the hotel). and 2 blocks away, there is a 7Eleven (convenient store). Room was huge but they need to change their pillows to a better quality pillows. The one we were given was not good at all. Bathrooms was okay. There is no laundry bag which i have to ask from the housekeeping. No fridge and they also didn't provide any praying mat for Muslim. Ironing need to be done outside the room at the end of the level. They did give a free breakfast but not much of variety. They need to improve more on their breakfast.

Went here fr work purpose I would say that i am pleasantly surprised with the hotel Though small it has it has advantages over few decent hotel in kuantan that earned it few browny points in my book Advantage 1.very competitive price I found that the price was very affordable. The price would make it a suitable choice fr longer stay 2.cleanliness Overall it was well kept and very clean as a whole. I got quite a worn towel during my stay but i didn't found it as a problem during my stay as i brought my own.the price was cheap i thought they didn't provide any . Management kindly look at this 3. Ambience I really love the dedication they put in plants.lots of well kept plants.good work! Rooms are good size.not too small.they even had a study table japanese style which i found was a nice addition to our rooms. 4.location Strategic! Especially if u want to go to uia kuantan or its hospital.it is only about 5 mins away by car.and grab is everywhere! Now the disadvantages.. 1.breakfast The spread was limited.taste i can't comment.my friends thought it was nice.i reserved my opinion on this.to each their own. 2.wifi Why even provide one if it is not stable most of the time. The only good hotel in the area if you need to visit the International Islamic Antarabangsa Medical Centre and the University. It is within walking distance. Around the vicinity are shops and cafes. Room is decent for a superior room but the toilet is small. Good for transit and short stay. Bring own toiletries as they will charged for extras. Extra pillows are chargable. Breakfast is decent but do not expect too much. WiFi is available but not that fast. This is a Non Smoking Hotel throughout. A small pool is on level 4. Rate is reasonable.
