I like this hotel with a big bath and good bed. In the combination of have a good training at a very good Fitness Center I will recommend this hotel. The best Fitness Center I have seen in Malaysia, and as a guest 10 Myr for training. The services was good at the hotel ,but very bad WiFi, as was overloaded. The room was clean and good for a shower after training. Short distance for a meal was available. No tax payed extra.

Quite clean for the room~but soundproof no very good,we can hear the sound of shower beside the room~door don't have scope so you have to open the door to see who knocking the door~you can refill your drinking water near the lift area since the hotel no prepare mineral water inside the room~no like others budget hotel,this hotel has passenger lift although it just 3 floors building~the reception staff very friendly~if you want add for extra bed,it just cost RM20 include pillows,bed sheet and towel for shower~

Room was clean, facilities were great for the price I given. There are hot and cold water dispensers on the hallway. My room was on the highest floor but luckily there were elevators on the building. The building also have gym facilities on second floor.
Location were great too as there are many good foods around that area and you could’ve literally reach the Ipoh town area within 5 minutes drive.
Would definitely stay here again next time.

Its quite a good choice to stay here and its really near all those Ipoh tourist hot spot. Its clean and they have 24 hours front desk service. There is a gym which is new and big and there is a discount for hotel guest also. I enjoy their sauna very much.

For the price that they charge, one should not expect much from the hotel. The room is of reasonable size, bed is comfortable. But both rooms we booked smelled of cigarettes. There is no tea/coffee making facility, although there is a water cooler outside the lift which dispenses hot and cold water. The bathroom is quite spacious but the hot water is just lukewarm. The lift was broken down and seemed that the management did not arrange for repair for some time. Sound proofing was bad. Reception was slow and check in took a long time. The hotel looked understaffed.

Robbery happened on last week Friday Wee hours. I heard a man repeatedly shouting "BAGI AKU SEMUA DUIT"! Meanwhile there was repeatedly sounds of a female screaming in pain at the lobby following by harsh sounds of slamming drawers. As the sound approaches, it gets louder (probably the female was forced into an upstairs room of her)
I'm pretty sure I saw an sleeping indian man in reception desk when I came back during midnight hours but I am surprised there isn't one staff comes to help nor even a police officer.
In the morning of that day, I asked the hotel receptionist about the incident. She admitted there was a robbery happened last night but denied any knowledge of further details. When I insisted that I heard the incident, she said the couple were taken drugs than the argument took place between them. (Is that mean the man robbed and beating up his girlfriend after taken drug) so the hotel security did not do anything to stop them from making scary loud screams?Â
The worst thing was the cleaner told us there are drugs gang (Sarang Penagih dadah) just behind the hotel.
Highly NOT recommended. Irresponsible hotel & security is not as tight as you think.
