Limited parking spaces....
Room standard and satisfied....
Comfortable but a bit small...
Good for a short stay...
Still could upgrade to achieve higher level and expectations...
Nothing more to complaint...

+1
Stayed in this hotel during my overnight trip to Penang. Here's my review:
Location:
Ipoh Town Centre
Room:
- One double bed with two pillows
- Air-conditioned, soap and shampoo provided
- Kettle, tea and coffee provided
- Free WiFi
- No fridge
Price:
RM 120 per night (prices subjected to change)
Pros:
- Breakfast included
- Reasonably priced
Cons:
- Limited choices of restaurants at night, just a few mamak shops down the road
- Spotty carpets
Overall I would say this hotel is so-so and nothing to shout about and it's reasonably priced. It's okay for a short stay.

this hotel is located centrally in ipoh near the sports stadiums, and some of the rooms have undergone renovation. The lobby has also has new design based themes and looks fresh and artistic. I stayed in one of the Art Rooms and found it clean, spacious and equipped with furniture (there's an armchair). The bathroom is clean and well-maintained as well. The wifi connection could've been better was adequate. Overall in terms of value of money I found this a great stay.

Was in Ipoh during the weekend for the 2015 Merdeka Junior Tennis Tournament where my 11 year old is playing. We booked a Deluxe room and requested for an additional bed so that the room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
Checked in at 7pm on Friday and checked out on Sunday at 1.30pm after requesting for extended check out.
Good points:
1. Hotel is very near to the Stadium where the tennis tournament took place
2. Nice lobby/reception area
3. Convenient car parks.
4. Very reasonably priced - paid RM110 per night and RM25 for additional bed (breakfast voucher provided for one pax).
5, Room is clean although it looked old.
6. Air cond and all facilities are functioning as it should.
Not so good points:
1. Hotel especially carpeted area and in room - reeks of cigarette smell. I got a room on the 1st floor - perhaps this is a smoking floor but I've assumed that with 2 small children in tow; we would have been allocated a non smoking floor. Lesson learnt - do not assume.
2. Room is carpeted - looks tired and old
3. Room is very small - once door is open - additional mattress is right at the door. Have to navigate to get into the room.
4. Additional bed is just a piece of cheap mattress.
5. Walls are paper thin - you can hear everything going on in the hotel, door closing, people talking, shower running, TV playing; everything.
6. No in room wifi detected.
Overall - it's a very basic type of hotel which looks old. Cleanliness seems to be okay although camouflaged by the smell of smoke and tired looking carpet and furnitures.

This is the first time I had ever heard a hotel room service will only be done on every alternate days. If a guest wants their room to be cleaned daily it has to be on special request. If you want to change a towel after 5pm then too bad they will no entertain you even though the pervious day they didn't clean up the room and change the towel for you as their room service depart close at 5pm and the front desk won't bother to do anything as they don't in-charge of the room service. So if anyone of you want to rent a room from this hotel, please check if you will only pay 2 nights rate for only one night since they will do room service every alternate days. Must learn this brilliant hotel management skill.

Basically the service is ok, when we checkin the staffs was friendly. However the cleanliness of
the room is TERRIBLE! The carpet is dirty, oily and sticky, it would have been better if they
clean the carpet or just get rid of the gross carpet!

This is a nice little quaint old hotel in lesser-known part of W. Malaysia. No fuss checking in, very friendly and prompt staff who attended to all our needs - service with a smile. The room is clean and spacious, sheets are clean and the toilet is clean too. Oh, and there's free wifi throughout the hotel/lobby. What more to ask for? Will definitely return when we visit Ipoh again!

Suddenly have a trip to the lost world of Tambun in Hari Raya 2013, so just a few choices to choose about the hotel, finally choosing this fair park hotel. Location considers near city.
About hotel really is a normal budget hotel, nothing special for it including the breakfast.
The parking lot of the hotel is very small, I think should be can park around 20cars only, others need park by the school in front there (back of the hotel is a school).
So just stay here for 2D1N.
