Stayed 2 nights at the Ritz Garden hotel . They provide an excellent breakfast buffet. There's a pool in the interconnected Garden Wing. Highly recommend the massage/spa centre within the hotel premises. The sifus are very experienced, and at MYR 39 for a 60 minute foot massage it's a steal! We had a twin room on the 7 floor, good... Stayed in garden wing/3 rooms apartment which is spacious and equipped with all basic necessities eg. microwave, fridge, iron and even a safe. LCD in all rooms and a box tv in the hall. Entire unit has individual split air-conditioner. Unit is very clean (I emphasized to have my unit dust free when booking) and my request was met. Good... More

Booked a 3-room apartment, apartment needs a massive overhaul. Yellow bed sheets, rusty and old bathroom accessories. Just nice for a one night sleep. Good for family, price nice for a 3-star hotel. Will not stay there if necessary.

The location was good close to some of the more famous eateries, the room was adequate and comfortable. Some of the reception staff were helpful. Cleaning staff and maintenance responded quickly to issues. Dave one of the porters was very pleasant and welcoming The room had long hairs on the floor which had not been cleaned from before. There were... More

We stayed for one day, even if it seemed one of the best choices of Ipoh, I doubt it is so. The staff were nice, but the hotel was dirty, the window was broken and could not be closed, the bathroom was full of mold. The following morning, we asked for help to catch the bus to Cameron Highlands and... More

The location is strategic. Just near to the street with mural and art . Also near few coffee shop which I enjoy very much. I only have a complaint about breakfast at the hotel. The food I think have to be more choices. It is because the food was really yummy. Compliment to the chef. The room was cleaned and... More

Advice try to get the new wing if you have kids as swimming pool, cinema is located in this hotel. Probably your car will park in this wing also. Limited number of car park and advice please do not bring your lugage to the lobby to check-in as you might get the room in the new wing.
