Hotel located in a convenient location, stay there for a week in business trip, staffs are very helphul especially the front door people helping me to get a car to different area, room with a very nice view facing the garden.

This is my first stay at W hotel Bangkok. Good impression from the moment I stepped out from the local taxi. Friendly staff took over my luggage and I was greeted with friendly front desk team who made my check in progress a breeze. Room was Cosy and clean. Had a wonderful 3D2N stay!

Hotel is good, spacious and very clean rooms. Good location, friendly staff. The biggest negative point is breakfast. The quality of breakfast is very poor, also the place where breakfast is being served is not good. The hotel must look into this area.

Room is basic and clean. Fuss free hotel that offers basic amenities without breakfast cos there are plenty of choices all within walking distance to Ipoh Old Town Center (500 meters). Hotel has lifts so easy for guests who are staying in higher floors.

This hotel is fine for one night, it is VERY basic. It was relatively clean. The shower has no barrier so the whole bathroom gets wet when you use the shower. I was on the forth floor and it was very noisy in the morning as other guests where using the pool, you could hear kids screaming and adults shouting. I would not bother going here if you want peace and quiet.

The room as described as photos, bathroom is spacious and renovated recently. However there are no hair dryer and basic amenities such as toothbrush and tooth paste provided. Location seemed pretty strategic with walking distance to F&Bs (just next door a 24 hours restaurant and opposite of hotel some local kopitiam) and convenience stores but could be noisy at night as there are also many local Karaoke/ pubs within the same street. if you are an early sleeper make sure you ask them for a room that facing the back lane rather than facing the main street.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, so was the shower (although the water in the shower could have been a bit warmer). The whole hotel feels like it's pretty new. Front staff are friendly but quiet and their English seems to be limited to the basics. However, the man (Jothinathan) was very helpful and printed the documents we needed for the next part of or trip! Location is ok; there are some eateries nearby. An art street is within walking distance as well. You can walk to China town/Little India, but that's a it further (15-20min). Ask for a quiet room; ours faced a side alley of a busy road, so we could hear a lot of traffic (window glass is very thin). Would recommend this hotel.
