Good to be back to this fancy budget hotel and well done for maintaining the hotel so well. Noticed the reception has changed to a bigger space with a sitting area for guest which this is a good point to do. All equipment in the rooms are still brand new. Well done to M Motel Management & staff.

the room is not so bad but the towels are dirty. even after asking for new ones, they are still dirty/stained. when asked, the receptionist told me that they are all clean and washed. i have been to many hotels that provides white bathroom towels but this is the first time i came across really dirty towels. the least they could do is to use bleach to settle the stain problem. Will not come here again

Very comfortable,clean and friendly service from the motel. More like a 4star hotel than a budget hotel. Complete with mini refrigerator, iron,coffee & tea.in addition to TV, aircond and hot water heater. Near to maps around 1km away. Walking distance to mydin mall, Terminal Amanjaya & KDN with some government offices. The motel also has a CCTV at every corners and in parking. The price are really worth it with equipment that is provided.

Great service, friendly staff and perfect amenities. It is more like a 3 star hotel but even better, for a really really low price! We love the shower, good water pressure. And the air conditioning, the fridge and all working well. Really peaceful surrounding. Not to forget the landscape at the secured entrance. This was my last minute plan to have a stay around Ipoh and it’s really worth it!

We spent several days at this cosy motel which provides free parking. Conveniently located close to amanjaya bus terminal, mydin shopping center, MAPS and other shops/eateries but still situated in a tranquil spot. Attractive fascade and relaxing calm ambiance with a splash of nostalgia in the decor with splendid antique pieces. Straight forward good service which surpasses motel standards with all amienities provided in the room eg excellent wifi, fridge, beverage facility, air conditioning, iron, large sized tv, comfortable bed and reliable great hot shower. Extremely great value for money and an absolute winner!
