Very bad service hotel and highly don’t recommend to stay at this hotel anymore. And the service is truly disappointing and keep other customers waiting for room service for more than 35 minutes. Reason given is because lion dance event and keep all customers waiting for here more than an hour when all are tiring and exhausting after long journey from KL to Ipoh

A good 3 star hotel located in a convenient location. It is on top of a converted shop house but tastefully done. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a bit small and the exhaust was blowing in the air from the restaurants so sometimes there’s a strong food smell. We wanted connecting rooms but there aren’t any. The hotel was kind enough to put our rooms next to each other.

Took a long shot and after looking for the right hotel, I am pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Service was attentive, value for money, clean, comfy and spacious room through my 5 nights stay here. Just 10mins away from the town, it is a quiet place in Mengelembu among the industrial area and has the most beautiful sunset view from my room. Room had powerful rain shower, amazing bed with fluffy yet big double pillows. Daily complimentary water bottles, and clean towels. Good lighting across the room and are working well. The cafe downstairs too had a killer iced mocha and they accept all E-payments. Too bad the bar is closed due to RMCO otherwise would have considered to patronise their infamous cocktails. Plentiful of parking space and walking distance to AEON/AEON BIG mall. …

Location: 10 mins to Ipoh city center, few restaurant just beside the hotel, AEON just across the road, 10 minute to menglembu town with abundance choice of local kopitiam Room: comfortable bed, drinking water, coffee Tea making facility, bathroom toiletries all ready upon check in, view was the only down side as it's is near to an industrial park. No frills experience with reasonable price!

The hotel is almost exactly what we need, friendly and efficient staff at the lobby, a spacious and clean room with perfect beds, work desk and sufficient international sockets. All very clean. The bathroom is also very clean and equiped with "walk in" shower, with strong water flow, a sink and a toilet. There is some noise from the road and the airconditioner blows quite strongly, also in the lowest position. We miss a breakfast facility but in the neighbourhood within 1 km are coffee shops and a food market. Wifi is free of charge but a little slow. The large flat screenTV has many channels to choose.
