Felt welcomed even before we arrived at the Banjaran’s. It all started with Alex, the GM, who made our stay/honeymoon a most magical and memorable one. Cheryl, the Reservation Manager, who made all our honeymoon and birthday arrangements even better than expected. Juliana and Raymond, who were most welcoming upon our arrival. Tea ceremony by Yoges was an interesting experience for us (a must try if it’s your first time visiting the Banjaran’s). And Catherine, who not only happily attended to us at Jeff’s Cellars, but also helped taking great pictures of us. We even had the chance to meet Alex himself, where he also generously offered to take pictures of us both with the beautiful hotel’s scenery as the background. As for the room, it was really to die for. You can't go wrong when staying in one of the resort's wonderful Garden Villa. And not only the resort's environment and ambience were rejuvenating, the breakfast we had were also healthy yet very delicious (fyi, not often that I come across hotels which serves both for breakfast). Overall, everyone and everything at the Banjaran’s made us felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. Totally coming back to the Banjaran's for it's service and experience.

I was planning to stay for 1 night, but end up staying 4 nights and had dinner every night at their wonderful Pamelo restaurant. With amazing team and hot spring, the stay was just like home. The staffs, from the front office to the restaurant and Housekeeping and all the cleaners.. all are so professional.. sorry that I didn’t name anyone standing staffs but I have to say everyone did their part very well.. without the team it would be just another luxury hotel with nice room and facilitate.. but The Banjaran management did a great work to train them. The rooms are well lighted, clean, fully stock with amenities. Nothing was lacking.. every works with USB charging points, bluetooth bose speaker for your own choice of music, high ceilings for that spacious feelings.. balcony with fan and mosquito coils. A big hot water tab and a private pool!! What else? Separate toilet and rain shower! I prefers the natural so I was most of the time at the big warm pool, they have smaller hot spring pool with an amazing view! Its the best place to rejuvenate and relax, unfortunately, I didn’t have time (need to stay longer) to try out the spa which were nice set up by the looks of the choice of spas menu. Will definitely try that the next time around. There were other choices of activities which I had not tried as my days was just so relax and feeling the world just gone by without any worries!! I have to Personnal Thank the GM Mr Micheal for his personal touch and his whole team.. Well Done!! I will be back soon.!
