We stayed here over the weekend as we had a dinner to attend. We were glad that we came and experience this gem in the middle of geothermal springs and limestone mountains. With only 25 villas and no children below 12 allowed, this resort is really peaceful and tranquil. Wonderfully constructed with lots of plants and meandering pathways, you would...

A very high end resort in nature setting. Hot spring in a mountainous area. Very niche with only 25 villas. I stayed in the Water Villa which was huge for 2 person. Self contained pool and jacuzzi with natural spring water. Bed was too soft for my liking. Loved the in-room music and amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Monkeys...

This retreat may be a little out of the hustle bustle of the city centre but it is worth the experience if you are looking for some tranquillity close to nature. Each room is designed as a villa, complete with a private pool and a geo thermal bath/jacuzzi. Surrounding the villas are multiple caves, some of which you can meditate...

I came to the banjaran for three days. I enjoyed every spot in the retreat. Every thing os perfect about this place: the villas, caves, dr.fish, hot springs, the scenery, the balcony, the sauna. The villa has a big private pool with jaccuzi that can be filled with geothermal hot water. I thank the staff for thier smile always and...

Location: This luxurious retreat, with only 25 all-suite villas, is nestled within a valley surrounded by limestone hills, natural caves, geothermal hot springs and lush rainforests. It’s a 2 hour drive from Kuala Lumpur and a short 15 minute drive to Ipoh. It's worth noting that this resort does not allow any guests below the age of 12. Service: Generally...

Ipoh is a fascinating town to visit due to its history and the geology that gave rise to this history. There can be no better place to base yourself than the Banjaran, nestled as it is amongst the limestone columns that characterise this part of Malaysia. The rooms are in fact chalets. We opted for the larger garden chalet which...

Truly an amazing resort, with all the comfort and so close to nature. The resort and retreat is built among the Limestone caves in Tambun not far from the city of Ipoh. You have a choice of the water villa or the garden villa. Both are well appointed and equally luxurious. In the water villa you can sit and relax...

This is a surprisingly good resort, nestled amidst limestone hills, instead of typical beach/sea landscape. If you are after seclusion, there's lots of it here. The thermal pool with soaking tubs is a must try experience....
