Very poor hotel
You cannot check your rooms in advance. And, what a surprise, rooms are of a very disappointing standard. Poor service and poor setting. Extremely small rooms. Very basic and not worth the price. Highly NOT recommended. Parking without security.

Pleasant Accommodation Option
Ipoh Concept Services is a very basic service apartment that is linked to the Ritz Garden Hotel in Ipoh. The location is in the centre of town, but not exactly where all the famous eateries are - it’s about a 500m-800m walk away. The hotel parking is very narrow and limited, but it’s relatively well lit and safe. The room is well maintained and the water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, although the room is a little dim and more lights would have helped. There is also a couple of pubs directly behind the hotel hence you do hear loud music at night till about midnight. There is also a swimming pool and a very small gym - with no treadmill. Overall though, this was a pleasant stay for the price we paid.
