My family booked 2 rooms on Friday night at this hotel. Unfortunately, my elderly aunt who travelled with us tripped, fell and gashed her forehead in Ipoh town in the morning that required several stitches. As such, when we checked in at 3pm, my aunt was feeling poorly. Mr. Shan, the hotel's bell-person was very kind and attentive and showed great empathy and concerned towards my aunt which we all appreciated. The next day when we were about to check out of the hotel, we discovered that our 4-wheel drive vehicle had a flat tyre. The spare tyre is not easily assessible, huge and would require significant effort to change. Again, Mr. Shan came to offer his assistance. He went to contact the Assistant Manager to try to borrow a pump and were unsuccessful. He then offered to fetch my father to the nearest car workshop but unfortunately, the workshop was not able to offer service to the hotel. Mr. Shan then fetched my father to another car workshop that he said are reliable and offer good service. True enough, the person at the workshop came with a portable air pump and inflated the tyre in no time. We were then able to drive to the workshop to have the tyre repaired. Thanks to Mr. Shan, what could have been a long tedious wait for a tow truck or mechanic, was resolved with minimum fuss. Kudos to him As a side note, the workshop found nothing wrong with the tyre. It was reflated and we were able to drive home to KL without further incident. We surmised that the tyre may have been tampered with. We hope that the hotel will improve security and surveillance to prevent such untoward incidents.

The hotel nails very important aspects of the industry- clean bedroom, clean bathroom and friendly. I liked how clean my room was, and how well the staff connected with me in all areas of the hotel, dinning area and theme park as well. Breakfast was very good too. Loved the Fire Percussion at the nighr theme park. Excellent job, guys.

Hotel is very run down. Bedsheets had stains on them. Aircon in the room wasn’t working but they fixed it after we called them. Room came with a night theme park pass. It was Malaysia Day so the theme park was super packed. The experience entering the theme park was unpleasant. They search your bags and raise their voice if you had brought water in. The water is heavily chlorinated and salty. Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great family hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Love the glass water bottles instead of plastic bottles-shows that the hotel is taking effort in going green. Buffet breakfast was good with the usual egg Stations, toast, PAncakes, nasi lemak, noodles, etc. Hotel staffs were friendly especially Shan who helped us with our luggage. Shan was very friendly and helpful. Definitely Will recommend this hotel and themepark to all.
