This incident happened almost two months ago. Review is a bit late because we just got home from our 2-month long tour of the Malay Peninsula. I have been coughing like crazy days before I checked into this hotel. One morning, I had the opportunity to talk to Mr Chew at the front Reception counter. He was not only very...

Stayed two nights. Quiet, great restaurants, has a bar attached. Rooms a good size. Nice Riverfront views. Lovely at night. Can take rickshaw tour at night from hotel if booked in advance. Would go again.

We stayed here due to an event as they have a large ballroom. Looks like a luxury hotel nevertheless. But hotel is away from all the action. Most convenient to stay here if you have a car but not for tourists who prefer to walk. Overall a nice and clean hotel

Overlooks river and a nice park to walk in, Probably the best room of our trip so far - large, big bathroom, good lighting. We had faulty bedside lights but they were fixed quite quickly. Even on the 14th floor the noise from the ground floor bar on Fri night was quite loud, but did not go on too late....

I personally loved my 3 nights stay in a standard king bed room on 17th floor. city view from the room was spectacular at night. I have no complain bout the room because everything met my expectations. Ammenities, towels, daily newspaper, ironing board, and hair dryer are provided. The bed was comfortable. I rate 3.5/5 for breakfast. Staffs were absolutely...

This is my second stay here. Does not change much overnight past 3-4 years. Just a normal hotel. Located a bit outside town hence you need a car to move around. Just does its job as a hotel. Average hotel.

We stayed for two nights at the apartment. 3 bedroom apartment for the five of us. Modern and clean but TV (all 3 of them) very poor reception. If you don't mind then its a good place to stay for a short sightseeing break of Ipoh. Centrally located.

Good clean room, provided everything you needed. Not a warm friendly welcome though. The parking was in the basement, but there is no lift to the lobby.so you have to walk the 2 flights of stairs.Breakfast was totally Oriental. The staff was not helpful and a smile was only on their badges to be found.Very unfriendly.
