Spacious. Strategic. Unfortunately very noisy at night due to neighbouring pubs and coffee shop. However its ideal for people who prefer to have some space to walk around as this is a shop lot unit. So unlike hotel rooms, there is a living room and a dining area. Nothing fancy but not shabby either. There is also minimal parking lots for customer.

Walk up apartment hotel, I've stayed here once 3 years back, when I found a good deal. Went back recently, with family, took a 3 room apartment. Condition isn't like 3 years back, when the unit I had was relatively new and clean. This 3 room unit is a little disappointing. The main bath room, didn't have any hooks or rack or ANYTHING where you can hang your towel ot clothes or ANYTHING. The wall paint were chipped off here and there. One of the rooms, had no windows, and no. Enti,at ion, and when the air con was ON, it's too cold, if you off the aircon, it's too stuffy, the length of the bed was a little short, while I'm not even 6 foot tall, either my hands will stick out n touch the wall, or my legs will stick out and kick the wall. Stayed for two nights in June whilst back in Ipoh visiting families. Firstly, surrounding area has pubs but it is not that unsavoury that you feel unsafe. We did not stay during peak period and was able to get parking underneath the apartment building. Location is right smack a lot of great food places - best Ipoh hor fan down the road. Also not far from taugeh chicken, Ipoh Hakka noodles. Less than 5 mins drive from old town. Apartment is clean, unpretentious. Bathroom basic but with serviceable hot water. Also, good air conditioning system. Stayed in 3 bedrooms apartment. I consider good value for the price and location.

The apartment style hotel is very clean, safe with security key to enter, with partial kitchen facilities a fridge, dinning table c/w plates & bowl, microwave oven, a counter with a sink for brief washing after light meal but no cooking is allow. Comfy sofa, beds, very clean linen, what you see is what you get from the photos shown. Friendly staff but there is no lift so guest with heavy luggage has little problem but request for first floor should be ok. Wifi is weak in the rooms but at the sofa area is ok. The hotel is walkable to most popular restaurant, salted chicken outlet, night market, I would come back to this hotel as I love the setup and its recommended for family and group of friends.

We stayed there for 3D2N during Chinese New Year. The location was ok but it's surrounded by karaoke, pubs, internet cafe and food courts (most of the old folks gather there during night time for beer). Also, a lot of foreign workers are leaving and loitering nearby. So, I do not recommend this place if you are traveling with children and senior member. Pros: - Spacious apartment - Clean - Services are fine Cons: - Too many foreign workers around - Not much designated parking space for guest - Ants in the apartment (rooms & toilets) - No hook for you to hang your towel or clothes in the toilet - No lift - No floor mat (kinda messy if you step out from toilet to your room) - We can hear people from the pub/karaoke (not sure) singing during midnight (you can hear the words they…

A gem of a find in my honest opinion.The 2-bedroom apartment we had was exactly how it should look like in photos on hotel booking sites. The apartment was spacious and bright, with ample breathing space for the 5 of us. Location wise, 20-30 minutes walk can bring us to many places - famous eateries in Old Town, or even the Ipoh Parade mall. What's most commendable is the quality of service in a 3-star hotel, the frontdesk staff are knowledgeable and provided sincere personal recommendations on where to go and how to get there instead of some touristy fluff. Highly recommended for travelling with family or friends!

Our extended family of six adults stayed one night in 3 bedroom junior suit, and were extremely pleased we chose this venue, which unfortunately was for one night only. It is centrally located, plenty of food and alcohol(if needed) venues close by. Friendly, efficient staff who explain all coming and going procedures well, good command of English. Note this is an apartment block ..as advertised so do not expect 24 hr desk...it is not going to happen.... The beds were high end cost and comfortable, the decor was modern and welcoming, plenty of hot water in spacious showers but with limited hanging options for used = vs new clothes ....all in all... a most pleasant stay in a colonial city well worth staying several days to explore... next time.

We checked in 2 bedroom apartment on 26 Dec. The apartment was unexpectedly clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Dining set were nicely arranged on the table. It is also located not far from famous eatery place like lou wong tauge restaurant. But just be careful if you walk at night.the street is a bit quiet. Staffs are friendly. Strongly recommended.

Good location for this hotel, situated only a walk away from all the Chinese restaurants, but on a side street rather than the main road. There are a number of restaurants and food courts across the road and down the street from the hotel, so there's no shortage of places to eat. The room itself is well furnished, neat and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Very comfortable. Air conditioning works well and is quiet. On the downside, noise from other guests travels easily through the corridors of the hotel and anyone coming or going can be heard from inside the room. Most TV channels are in Malay, not in English so there was very little for us to watch. Not that we should expect English speaking television in every country we travel to. Staff were friendly.
