The small room and for the price we paid (RM60+), surprisingly it is very comfortable, basic but sufficient enough as we was searching for a place just to sleep and shower for a night. Room have no funny smell, good quality sleep !

The personal is professional, the room was clean and good smelling. The location is OK if you wanna eat street food or go to some bars or go to shopping mall, but quite far from Ipoh city center, around 20 min by car.

I came here for just overnight stay before heading to Penang. Found this on booking.com. Located just nearby the new AEON Section 18, Ipoh, I find this place is quite nice for short stay and affordable.

They got types of rooms, and we choose the cheaper one. The room is small but clean, queen size with 4 pillows, complete with towel, soap and air conditioned.

Didn't provide breakfast but hey, this is really comfortable room for budget hotel.

We booked superior room for 2 nights. Room was clean and staff was ok, but the size of the room was incredible small. When we put into our two backpacks we need to jump over them, because there was no space for it. Also the location is not very good, about 15km from city centre and the staff don't know where the bus stop is (the staff only offer taxi for 35MYR to city) - while the bus costs 2MYR. And the distance to bus terminal is 27km... No comments. We were travel with two small kids, and the family rooms are not suitable for families. All rooms look the same looking more like transit rooms on the terminal, than in hotel. Also, they ask for deposit 50MYR (in reservation was written they don't). The plus is that they have two supermarket near and is quite new, so all facilities work well.

Stayed in family room 1 double and 1 single room.compact small room.wall mounted lcd tv,desk to do some work, 3 power point for charging, comfy bed, bed spread and pillow case got yellowish stain, clean toilet, good enough water presure. For us its good enough to stay for 1 night to go to UTP(univ.teknologi petronas) early next morning.did not stay for complimentary bfast so cant comment.located in comercial centre so all the shops are around-tesco, aeon,mcD...so very convenient. Quite far from ipoh town , better if have own car.for the price rm96.80 for family room 3 adults I think its really good value for money.

I like the environment surrounding the motel. Very peaceful at night and nearby there is lots of convinience shops and eateries.
Rooms are well maintained with clean sheets and comfy bed. Toilet inside the room was also well cleaned.
Ample parking lots available.

Booked here for 3 nights, queen bed room with window facing the Aeon Mall Station 18. Room was acceptable but I was in Ipoh for business purposes and only travelling with the missus so we mainly spend our time outside. What matters for me on business travel is hot shower and functioning AC which this hotel have. Pantry for ironing is located at ground floor. And hairdryer is available on request. Wifi is functional but I’d suggest the management to upgrade the speed. 2mbps is so yesterday. The hotel have elevators and is helpful when I booked extra room for my in laws and they obliged when I asked the rooms to be near to ours. The staffs was helpful, and locations is great as you can reach the entrance of Aeon mall within 1 min. Only downside is they have no free parking so you have to use parking vouchers to avoid being ticketed by the city council.

Out from IPOH town so if you are driving ok else pls skip this hotel.
Stay for 1 night only and lucky that my room was facing AEON(JUSCO) Which have a big window and just walk accross the street to shopping.
the room was so compact ,tiny then TUNE HOTEL .my bed linen seems so yellowish and with stain the duvet ok still white color the bed sink into middle i doubt they using a low-end mattress else this won't happen so fast since people review that it was a new hotel.the toilet is okay but aircond of my room 112 not cooling enough i assume lack of gas.
the most annoying is THE THIN WALL very noisy mid night seems alot customer back or out and keep sound banging for nothing(but this might just happen on that specific night i am not sure)
for those who drive and stay on weekdays pls get a voucher from the reception so that you won't get summon from the polis,no car park provided by the hotel but ample car park at that area .
overall will not stay in unless low budget.

Stayed here for the third time due to the cheap room fares.

Was here for a 2D1N short trip in Ipoh last weekend and everything were still ok. However, cleanliness is not like last time. The towels got stains.

Rooms are relatively small but still acceptable. But if you are traveling in huge luggage, please pass this hotel.

The hotel is very clean, most probably it is still quite new. The hotel is located in Station Eighteen, which is around 20-min away by car. So, I would suggest you to stay in this hotel if you are driving because it is really quiet in the night. Although it is very near to AEON & Tesco, it is not located in the city centre of Ipoh. Therefore, it is more convenient to choose a hotel in the city if you are not driving. The room size was ok for the money that we paid but the bathroom was a little too small for us. Breakfast was included, but we did not have it as fried noodle is served for every weekend. The receptionists were awesome, they were very honest to us when they found out that they had charged us wrongly for the room upgrade and immediately did the correction. Overall experience was good.
