Hello, i am writing in continuity of a previous reviewer 'willyGforce'. i have to admit that the place is beautiful and well designed and provides a serene outlook for nature for a briskful and enjoyable outing. However, from my experience, and i am strongly standing by it, that the management of this beautiful place is extremely poor and saddening. A holiday goer like me who would like to have some time out with friends and cousins found our stay here very disturbing with such disturbance and annoyance from the staffs. As all holiday goer, I would like to have a private time with our own family and friends. It was a serene choice for a getaway far from the city wuth family, i thoroughly enjoed the walks, the views and the pool. The rooms and buffet breakfast were ideal for family catchup and get together.

We stayed here for a night and upon first impression, it was great. Customer service in some certain areas, was a great let down though. Rang up the hotel a few nights before our stay, Dinesh was the staff who answered our call and he served us very well on the phone for our booking. He came through with his promise to get us a room with the best view. The view was stunning and we were very impressed. Upon arriving at the compound, the guards at all the guard houses were very friendly. Greeted us enthusiastically, asked for our details attentively, and tried their best to have small chats with us. Beautiful place in Ipoh, a relaxing weekend retreat from Ipoh. For food, Ipoh town beats the food at the hotel. But apartment is spacious and clean. Make sure whatever the staff tells you, you get it in writing. At the point of booking, the booking staff says they will provide breakfast coupons for 5. But upon checking in, the receptionist says only 4 breakfast coupons provided. Anyway, breakfast in town is tastier. Lovely relaxing walk around the quarry pool.
