My family had come to this resort as a getaway from the busy life back in KL and to get relieved from the RMCO and CMCO. We came here because of the interesting activities that the resort promises. Unfortunately when we arrived, only then we got to know that Archery, Paintball and a few other activities were not in operation because of the SOPs in place. It would have been good if it was informed earlier about this in the website. Other than that good buffet breakfast with adequate food options it would be great if there were dishes like roti canai or tosai just to show the cultural diversity in our country. Suite wise it was really great, I recommend the lakeside view for future guests. I just hope the management can add extra amenities like extra blankets and pillows. Overall…

THE HAVEN! remember this name as this is best hotel in IPOH! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friends for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in- all of the staff greeted us with warm smiles and they are all very friendly and professional. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love the pillows!!!:))) Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice eateries in Ipoh and we are so thankful for that. Overall I had best stay ever in Ipoh!!! and definitely will back there and will recomend this peace of ‘haven’ in Ipoh to everyone!!:) THANK YOU THE HAVEN!:)

Haven is a unique place I should say. Love the view from the balcony and your front desk lady is so sweet.. I love the way she attended to me. I don't have enough time to explore the other facilities, but is another way of telling you I am coming again with my family members.

Great experience with huge room. Got three big room with apartment feels. Also includes coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and coway. Also got a nice pool (close on 10.00pm). Have a quite place and relaxing surrounding. Recommended to all tourist need a relaxing place to stay.

We opted for the lake view 1 bedroom. But got upgraded to a three bedroom suite. However we were told we are only allowed to use a room if not there were surcharges. Positives The mini snacks were complimentary, spacious and clean sheets, balcony and room. Bathtub available Toiletries were available They even gave complimentary welcome drinks and premium coffee with a coffee machine in the rooms Room came with stove, water filter, microwave, and a large fridge. Furniture was clean and in good condition. Smart TV so you can connect it to your Netflix account. Scenery was breathtaking and there was a short jogging track. Thank you for your positive remarks on our environment, suite amenities and staff services. Please be informed that cleanliness and hygiene are one of the resort’s main priority. Perhaps there was an oversight in this case, when hours of work were reduced due to the slowdown of the previous months. Your feedback had been shared for immediate corrective action. The room and bathroom are designed not to be large in order to give greater space to the living area. This is where most of our guests spend their time. A space like this would cost a lot more in most other hotels. It is also rare that we are not complemented on our food quality. To retain the food original taste, we use minimum salt and oil, and we do not use MSG and artificial flavourings in the preparation of all our food. Due to this, some may find our food to be of “milder” taste but we assure you that it is natural and healthy. We also use fresh juices, not ‘cordial’ as claimed, therefore you may find the concentration slightly thicker. Incidentally, there are at least 40 selections on the breakfast buffet, and our ala-carte menu has more than 10 choices of healthy snacks. Children are naturally attracted to animals, and we believe this is a desirable alternative to television watching, playing computer games or surfing online. We encourage outdoor activities, especially interaction with nature. When the whole family gets involved, the time spent together with the ponies can enhance the bond amongst family. We take great care of our ponies, and ensure their well-being. We thank you for your feedback. Rest assured that corrective actions have been undertaken.
