Poor room condition (we booked studio king). The frontline (Aqilah) not attentive and is not suitable to work as frontline hotel staff. Duty manager (Mr darwin) is not able to solve the issue ie requesting for late check out up to 1 pm. We are a returning guest to the hotel at least once a mth.

Thanks to Shahfirol for making up my room and leaving nice towel folded like a flower. In room dining experience was pleasant too. Breakfast menu was satisfying. I was not happy when all my other 4 colleagues have got upgraded rooms except for me. We all paid same amount and sent our names for booking under one letter. Parking was quite far and no short cut to get to hotel

First time here for a conference. Friendly check in upgraded us to the Presidential floor. Very comfortable twin room with separate seating area. Some excellent local food in the coffee shop. Only 2 negatives. Smoking in the next door room was irritating and food service delivery in the coffee shop was somewhat slow

Overall....good service despite the hotel being fully occupied during our stay which was the Eidil Fitri break. The buffet breakfast although not very much in selection was tasty. One could see the staff was doing their very best to service the patrons, even with the restaurant being full of people coming down for breakfast. Our room, which was the Deluxe was spacious and clean. No complaints there. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional. Basically, a no frills hotel......however, I would not mind staying here again.

Check in on 24/04 check out 25/04,Room 317. Overall good, only need to improve on operator side, called for room service at 6pm because iftar was fully booked, 2 times no one pickup, lastly we decide to go out for iftar, in hospitality industries, call should should be pickup answer within 3x, and inform receptionist to make a wake up call at 4am, but no wake up call. I love the buffet sahur, that amazing buffet sahur with beautiful ayam masak merah, sotong curry, and vegetables.Good job kitchen teams, keep it good. We booked 2 deluxe rooms from the hotel website for 1 night. It cost only RM150/night. Located at Meru, nearby Jelapang (Ipoh North) a new township. Hotel is owned by the State Government. Pros: - Value for money - Adequate room space - Modern amenities & fittings in the room - Package include drive thru movie for guests - Night vibes outside : Roundabout - Still considered new & well maintained -Staff are attentive - Lot of parking space but shared with the convention centre. Please note the parking space are open. Cons: - Location - not in central Ipoh where all the vibes - 10-15 mins drive to town or Ipoh Garden /Bercham / Tambun - No facilities - swimming pool The room package comes with breakfast which you have to pre-select from the choices available.

3D2N stay here under veterinar johor group I can see nice view of bulatan Amanjaya The Front Office Manager is quite friendly. Rooms are very cleaned and the housekeeper lady was very handy. Only 1 thing that disturbing me is I saw the manager ( i think so.. Bcoz he is wearing black suit and he is fat) Yelling to the housekeeper loudly . Where is your manners man? That's all. Overall I give 4 stars Just because of one man
