We booked 2 deluxe room as we were 3 adult. Rooms are rather small but our bedroom had an extra large bed and the other room had a large bed, could easy accommodate 2 adults and a small child. There is a small fridge, kettle and safe etc. Also a nice desk that can be turned into a dressing table. Overall nice, clean and modern looking room with ceramic floor. Bathroom is again small but new and modern, with a walk in shower. Rooms clearly marked on the door as smoking and non smoking rooms. An ironing board and a dry iron is available in each corridor. Breakfast is basic and needs improvement. Some noodles, watermelon, sausages, bread - food not replenished in time. Staff are helpful and respond quickly to any room issues and our stay was value for money. Walking distance to ferry terminal and free parking was available behind the hotel. Many eating places and seafront stalls nearby. Other attractions nearby but would need a car.

We used Ritz Inn as base for our 3 day visits to Pangkor Island and had our 4WD parked safely free next to the hotel. We commuted to the island daily by ferry which jetty was about 180 meters away. Shops were everywhere and lots of foods stalls and restaurants near to the hotel. Our room (deluxe double) was small but good enough for good night rest. Breakfast was fairly good. No complain at all, and felt that money was well spent.

The deluxe double room was quite compact, as was the bathroom but the room was well maintained, clean and quite well appointed for the price range. The free breakfast was quite good, with adequate range on offer for local or western tastes, the staff were excellent and the setting very pleasant.. The hotel reception staff were helpful and friendly at every exchange. Good Wifi speeds. There is no elevator but the stairs, while steep, are manageable. It is a short walk to either the ferry terminal or bus station - about 5 minutes to either. There are some good local eating options nearby, Restoran Icy Scoop being much better than the Nasi Kandar place with tandoori oven (best avoided)

Our recent Pangkor island trip, we decided to stay 1 night at island & 1 night at mainland. This hotel is our 1st choice. Not only the location was 5mins to Pangkor jetty & you can visit Setiawan town anytime. The room is not big but it comes with 2 king beds... no problems to fit 4 family members. The bed was comfortable & room is clean. The only inconvenience is watching TV must lies down at bed (something different :) Food.. no problems. Nearby got Malay & Indian restaurants. Setiawan will have more choices & many famous food there also. *Please make sure you display the parking tickets if parked there (daily or hourly)!!
