Hotel good clean but if you go to the pool there no place for you to change your clothes near the pool. You have to go in your room. This hotel equipment all is old event the tv is old. No water heater

The location is quite nice as it's seated right in front of Teluk Batik beach (can read my review for the beach separately). The hotel : No make up room (throw your own garbage, sweep your own floor, make your own bed), stingy coffee making facility (the kettle is around with 2 packs of each coffee/tea/sugar) , bad furniture (I mean bad, not ugly not old or dated), unwise location of electrical outlets (3 inches from the floor & 1 foot from the ceiling), stingy with the pillow (1 for each visitor & RM10/night/pillow if you asked for extra) & tiny so-called queen beds (not suitable if you & your couple weight at 70+ kg). If you are someone looking for a quiet-surrounding hotel, this is not for you. Simply because you'll be entertained with all the noises coming from the running & yelling of parents & their kids on the hallway and with some luck, you'll hear their footsteps above you. The receptionists are not particularly friendly. Don't expect a warm welcome.…

Poor Maintenance of Virgo Teluk Batik Resort. The room are outdated while full of dust. Even though they have changed my room, it still dirty and i can't complaint much since im so tired and Im pretty sure it will take longer time for them to fix it. Me and my husband decided to move from 419 to 104. Both room have a very dusty and poor maintenance. They also leave old pipe at the toilet. (I believe the maintenance guy forgot about it). We also have a difficulty in opening the door due to their lock issue. If possible, i can write tans of complain hoping them to upgrade their hotel. Too bad since they have a good location (5 mins walk to Teluk Batik Beach), but poor resort facilities and maintenance. Not to forget the lift are too small for 5 adult people to be in. Dirty lift since no staff stopping the guest from changing their cloth (after playing at the pool/ beach) before they use the lift. However, I like how Puan Normala engage with the guest and overcome the situation when the guest are unsatisfied with the room. She also alert on her surrounding. I make a complaint to the staff at the front office (male) without knowing his name since he have no name tag. Instead of listening to my complaint he straight away asking me to wait for a housekeeping staff at our current room. Second time i came to the lobby complaining that they are giving us wrong info through their only platform (room with balcony) while the room they assign to us are without balcony. Puan normala straight away talking to me and saying that she heard i request for a room change. I was surprise. She is a good leader and have a very good empathy and customer service. 10/10 for her service.…

After I booked this hotel, I saw the bad review about this hotel but I thought everything will be solved since so many peoples complaint especially about the air-cond and cleanliness.I stayed in this hotel with my family just for 1 night but I will never forget this bad experience. In this hotel, we were experienced for simple breakfast, dirty bed sheet, smelly bath room, old TV (no signal) & the most terrible thing is AIR COND is not functioning, we have made a complaint & someone checked he just switched on the air cond (put the key card) when we were out for dinner. But the condition is still like that & we cannot sleep because too hot, but we can't do anything. Seriously I never experience like this even stay in budget hotel. I'm working in travel agency & I will not promote or suggest this hotel to anyone.…

Room is not well maintained. Air Conditioner not cold, kettle is not able to boil water, pillow not good. May get stiff neck in the morning. The good thing is, it is cheap! 1 room with breakfast and dinner!

Worst! Worst! Barely-functioning air cond, ancient tv (black and white) + no remote control, scary surrounding, bad housekeeping. Very bad experience. It was very regretful night- wasting my money and time. This is not a resort! More of like a hostel

Condition of resort was extremely not comfortable. Unhygienic room and used bedsheet and blanket was left outside the guest room. Bed bug was sighted. Unreasonable pricing for peak period. Totally unaccaptable to be even consider a 2 star resort. Unused pool for guest was left unmaintained. Bugs found dead on the floor which is understable but overall resort cleaniness was horrendous.

Hmm, let’s see. Too many flaws / negative things about this property and I’m having nightmares just thinking about them. Pros 1. Swimming pool 2. Walking distance beach 3. Spacious room Cons 1. Dirtyyyyyyyyy ( arghh, headache thinking about them) 2. Limited tv channels 3. No WiFi 4. Old furniture 5. Limited breakfast choices 6. Dirty ( everywhere) 7.
