IN DIRE NEED OF MAINTENANCE Our 3room apartment was spacious and generally clean but staff missed cleaning one of the bathrooms..... still with used soap on the soap-dish and clumps of hair in the drain. Yucks! We got out rooms only at 6.30pm Staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel in dire need of maintenance and refurbishment. The pool at D'Ocean wing was closed for upgrading and the pool at D'Sea wing has so many broken tiles, it's safety hazard. Guests have cut their toes. No regulations on proper swimming attire. Water is murky and dirty. There's nothing much to do here except for paddle boat and grouper fish feeding (I only saw 4 in the pond). Other recreational facilities are closed or in shambles. The Marina Island Ferry Jetty is just 10mins walk away. It's more popular than Lumut Jetty because the ferry ride to Pangkor is just 10mins compared to 40mins from Lumut Jetty. If you are a guest from the hotel on a day trip to Pangkor, I suggest you walk to the jetty because just too many cars, you might need to park so far away, almost back at hotel....and with RM20 parking fee!! There are no restaurants open for dinner at the Hotel....only one at the restaurant & bar at the Marina Island jetty …

I have stayed in this resort in May 2022 for one night. Basically the property was run down and without proper maintenance works. Room was dusty, dirty and smelly. Most likely due to lock down no guest was staying in this room. But once opened, management should take extra initiatives to clean up the rooms before open for booking.

The 1st thing I entered the room, totally shocked with the size of the room. It's so comfortable and comfy and definitely will be my only place to be here when I'm in Lumut area. Overall cleanliness, parking space and staff name Alissa very friendly and assist me a lot

Nice and cooling place,beautiful sunset and sea view. The rooms are spacious,the cleaniness deserved good comment. For a person who wants to admire and explore Lumut and Pangkor Island, I highly recommend this resort as it can give a majestic view of both Pangkor Island and Lumut at the same time. The thing that baffled me the most is you can watch from the resort as the rain forests in Pangkor Island and Lumut form rainclouds and they drift away to pour rain on this earth. After this pandemic, the resort offers many fun activities that you guys shouldn't miss at any chance. Lastly, I thank the authorities for the services that exceeded expectations.

The unit is very clean. Linens, towels and mats are changed daily. The staff cleans the unit on a daily basis so cleanliness is kept to the utmost highest standards. Sunita as the host is very responsive. Any issues or problems raised to her will be solved immediately by the next day. The balcony overlooking the sea view is simply splendid and breath taking. The chairs and tables provided at the balcony allows this experience to be enjoyed to the fullest. Phone reception may be weak, but this is not a problem as the internet provided is splendid. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay for my work here.

We stayed at D' Ocean. Took 2 rooms. The apartment staff , Mdm Sunita gave us an excellent service from arranging the units and answering our questions patiently. She also suggested for places to dine in around here. The unit is clean, huge, has a bath tub ,dining table ,tv in short a well furnished room. It's certainly clean and the view was majestic. If you are lazy to go out, foodpanda delivers here. In all, a beautiful short trip.

The room has been amazing! never expected so spacious, had a hall, living room with tv, kitchen fridge, and wide room with super comfy washroom with bathtub! The balcony view was amazing with a ocean view filled with yachts and ships docked by the ocean bed! The staffs were very friendly since check-in till check-out! THE PRICE IS THE BEST PART guys! Super reasonable and cheap! Very tidy and clean, it's honestly a hidden gem! Would recommend for those looking for a memorable vacay!
