We went for a 3 days 2 night stay, the location have an awesome view. You can see the nearest Port view, full of free mangrove trees 🌳 along the road before coming across the hotels entrance. Overall the service is top notch! From the valet, bell boy to the front counter was very friendly & informative! Amin (the staff that assist us for the check in) very helpful & informative, help with the registration smoothly. We even get our sea view room that we requested! 🌅 The room was so clean & comfortable! It reminds me of my trip in Bali! All the necessity is in the room, so we just need to bring along your clothes & swimming attire. The rest is already in the room including iron, hair dryer & more! The pool area is huge & many slide 🛝 you can . It’s very family friendly & my family enjoy so much! From the pool you can awesome view of the sea as well! But be careful to take care of your belongings due the monkeys 🙉 will be moving around the pool area looking for food & stuff. The hotel staff will standby if anything will happens. We even went to the Kids play room, many interesting activity can be done there & they even have PS 4 to play with your family! The breakfast at the hotel was delightful & you can either choose to sit inside with A/C or the outside porch to have a great view of the seaside 🤩 There were a lot of monkeys 🙊 around so need to ensure to stay away & don’t feed them. Superb option to escape & relax ! Huge property with a good mini water theme park , private beach , spa & other facilities. Very good option if you are looking to spend a vacation close to Pangkor but not on the island. We took a private boat ride from the hotel to Pangkor Island which cost approx RM 360 ( check the tariff card as many options are available ), the hotel also helped to rent a car. Spent a day on the island & the boat picks you back to hotel in the evening. Staffs were helpful. Food options for breakfast are plenty and location of the restaurant was convenient, close to the swimming pool, facing the beach. The rooms were nice & cosy, and the view from the room facing the sea was spectacular. Overall very well recommendable for families & couples for a vacation.

Planned a month earlier and many thanks to the super efficient Ms Akilah from the Front Office dept, providing us with suggestions on the best rooms we should book for the 4 of us and helped me with the Hilton Honors' membership as well as a small surprise birthday celebration for my 3 friends. The check-in went smooth, couldn't remember his name though, thank goodness he adviced us to reserve a spot for our hotpot dinner much earlier as it was super packed for the International buffet. However, we opted for the Hotpot which was undoubtedly great! Also, many thanks to Mr Rabbani from the F&B dept whom we met at the Makan Kita restaurant when we were so confused where the Hotpot restaurant was, he politely explained to my friends on the location and met him again when we ordered the in-room dining, well drinks actually, my mango juice was superb!! Activities wise, the water park was great for kids. My friends went to the gym and had no complains except for the lack of paper cup, not a big issue though. We had fun at the beach and found a private company's booth offering varieties of activities. There was a basketball court near the beach, we got the ball from the booth and rode the ATV-like car for 15 mins. Overall, our stay at Hilton Damai Laut was great! Missing the Hotpot already...…

We spent 3D2N here and it was a great place for family gateway. The check-in process was smooth, staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room with breathtaking views - the amazing sea view and sunsets view. My kids love the mini waterpark so much that they can spent hours in it, and we parents can chill out at the pool side while monitoring our kids. Kids Club - another kids’ activities in the resort. The kids playroom equipped with themed rooms, toys, mini cinema and PS4 game area, that kids can stay indoor and have fun. Apart from that, there were also some exciting water sports and beach activities at the beach (with charges), we had a great time there too. The resort with so many attractive activities that could occupied all our time during our stay. Not forgetting the delicious breakfast and dinner buffet with the fire works on the Saturday night, it was definitely a great dining experience. Last but not least thank you very much for the great services offered by the resort’s teams especially Ikhwan and Jeffrey - thank you for your great hospitality. This is my first time visit this hotel and overall experience is good. It really suitable for those travel with kids. This hotel is kids friendly. Staff and service is nice. The only issue should be fly is everywhere. Please take note there is some distance form hotel to the nearest town. Roughly around 30 mins drive. Suggest to put more signboard or direction to hotel. Using Waze is no issue to reach hotel but I do see some car are go to wrong direction and reverse. Check in process is fast. No deposit required since is fully paid. Just curious the staff take away the welcome drink from table instead give to customer. Room is new and clean. Spacious and have day bed as well. Toilet is separate from Bath area. I feel pillow a little bit soft and request a harder pillow. There have 1 fly in my room. Becareful with monkey when you open balcony door. This room come with sensor where air con will auto off after u open the room door or balcony door. I did try register and get the digital key from app but not smooth. It is failed and require go to reception. For the swimming pool, that is heaven for kids. It have well design slides and swimming area. Swimming pool is cater for toodler, kids and adult. Just adult swimming pool view is not sea view where you can see the tree. Suggest hotel provide the towel based on people in the room. Staff refused to give 3 towel even I state we book the room with kid. Hotel only give 2 towel only. This swimming pool does not have life guard and please take care your kids carefully. For dinning, I having breakfast and dinner in makan kitchen. For breakfast, it is buffet style and have variety of food. Teh tarik is nice. For dinner, I choose buffet dinner as I feel hotpot no much choice. Overall food is ok but the food will repeat if you continuos eat in hotel. The menu for breakfast and dinner seen no much different for 2 days. Remember to give honor member to enjoy 10% discount on your bill. Yes, the fly in restaurant quite a lot but that is expected from other review. Hotel provide candle or tool to chase away the fly. Kid club is add advantage when you nothing to do at night. It open until 10pm. You need register your kids detail also. You must have a sock in order to enter the kid club. Kid club have small library, toys, cinema, play room for police and jail. For adult, you can play ps4 and you can request disc from staff but only limited game. Hotel come with beach but generally I feel less people go to beach compare to swimming pool. There have water sport and atv in beach but you need to pay. The sand is not soft and water not very clean. Beach location just near the makan kitchen. There also have another access to beach near swimming pool but no much maintenance. That beach is with a lot of grass and no good view. There have ample parking near the lobby. It should have enough parking lot. Saturday night also have firework near makan kitchen. Fireworks should around 5 to 10 minutes. Definitely recommend to visit this hotel. Amazing resort to come during low season. Quiet beach, breezy wind, nice room and nice staff. Warmly greet from Shue Mei went I arrive, amazing service from Aizul, Jeffery and Jie Yee at Axis Lounge and not to forget the recreation team that keep the facilities clean and safe. Beware of the monkey when stay here, they might be cute but is aggressive when feel threaten.

Great experience, with comfort rooms and water park for all my family members with senior citizen and kids. Staff were friendly and provided great services. Private beach with mini water park for young kids and nice view to the sea in Malacca Straits. Raya Buffet dinner was nice and accompany with fire works on the first day Raya Aildifitri. Great gateway for our family in a short holidays trip during long weekend which can accommodate senior groups and kids. Strongly recommended for those who look for short gateway with family.

Has a wonderful stay at this gem of a resort which is modern, clean & had a calming quiet luxury surrounded by lush greenery and access to beautiful clean beach. My room was comfortable especially the bed. All staffs were attentive and helpful during our stay especially Ms Kila who assisted me with my HH membership & other queries.
